Shifting of Existing TRCM on Rail section with the help of hydra, Labour, T&P etc..

Dismantling of existing fencing for erection of TRCM & fixing of existing Fencing according to TRCM position with the help of cutting , grinding, manpower , material etc. .

Complete Rewinding & Overhauling of Hoist & LT Motors:Dismantling, cleaning, inspection of all motor parts like rotor, stator winding, bearings, cooling fans assembly etc . Rewinding & Varnishing of all motor winding with IR testing of all motors, replacement of damaged slip ring assembly, balancing of rotor, checking & tightening of motor mounting & fixing bolts. Alignment of motor with final assembly.

Repairing & Overhauling of Hoist Ropes Drum & related works such as dismantling, cleaning of hoists, wire rope drums & related parts & Gear Assembly, Inspection of all parts including replacement of missing , damaged and worn out parts like pinion, gears, shafts, gear pulley ,gear nipples ,pins, support of pins, pinion pedestal, rope clamps, gear covers, gear rings, rope drum, output shafts, limit switches, nuts & bolts etc including replacement of oil seals, O rings, gaskets and cleaning of grease line by removal of old grease & filling of fresh grease and reassembling & fitting of drums Setting & adjustment of wire rope drums.

Repairing & Overhauling of Hoist & LT Gear Boxes: Complete checking of Bearings, Gear Profile, Gear Coupling shall be checked and worn out Oil Seals, Gaskets, supplied Bearings, Gear Pinion, Gear Coupling etc to be replaced.

Supply & Replacement of 14mm dia, steel core wire rope, length - 120 mtrs, make- USHA MARTIN & standard application of cardium compound & rolling of rope on drums.

SITC of Hoist Protective/Control Panel including all accessories, overload limits, Timer, wiring, power & control cables. New Drawings/Layout is to be submitted. All contractor shall be rated for 150% of the required calculated capacity. The panel is to be supplied with indicators, MCCB Shall be rotary handle type .

SITC of Long Travel Protective/Control Panel including all accessories, overload limits, Timer, wiring, power & control cables. New Drawings/Layout is to be submitted. Supply & Commissioning of Radio Remote Control Unit suitable to all operation of TRCM along with Bridge Light Control and Hooter Control and including all accessories, T&P, Labour etc.

Inspection, Repairing and overhauling of LT Wheel Assembly: Dismantling and cleaning of wheel assembly with removal of wheel bearings etc; inspection of wheel assembly parts like wheels, wheel bearings, bearing, grease line etc.; repair and replacement of damaged and missing parts like supplied new Bearing, keys, gears etc; re-assembly of wheels including replacement of oil seals, 'O' rings, gaskets including cleaning of grease line by removal of old grease and filling of fresh grease and fitting of wheels, their settings, adjustment and alignment

Supply & Replacement of Resistance Boxes including its accessories required for the commissioning.

Servicing of HOPPER Rollar for arrangement of lifting dump materials

Preparation of surface by manual means for laying the rail line for TRCM.

Installation of LT Rail Line (about 100 mtr) with grouting work. The rail shall be provided by UJVNL

Dismantling of old jaw assembly & Fabrication & fixing of new jaw assembly for lifting the garbage according the flat spacing of trash rack.

Providing new structure/shed for Hoist, Panel Boxes, Motors, resistance boxes, gear boxes, roof, driver cabin including renovation of Driver Cabin

Supply of all Bearings of gear box, roller, motor etc.

Supply and Replacement of all coupling bolts and foundation & fixing bolts

Painting of TRCM Machine.: Preparing structural steel surfaces for painting by sand blasting to expose uniform bright base metal and applying a coat of rust inhibitive compound followed by sand blasting including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc., complete with all leads and lifts. Providing one coat of primer painting by spraying to metal surfaces with Zinc chromite red oxide synthetic metal primer of approved quality including cleaning the surface, cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all lead and lifts as per the directions of Engineer in charge.( Thickness of primer coat not less than 40 micron). Providing two coats of painting by spraying to metal surfaces with synthetic enamel paint(1st quality) of approved colour including cleaning the surface, repair of primer coat, cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge.(Thickness of each coat not less than 25 micron).

Providing skilled man for handling & operating TRCM for 6 month for regular operation at intake.

Commissioning of TRCM for successful operation of machine including providing training for UJVNL officials & Staff.
