Providing Irrigation facility to front line Demonstration cluster work under HP SHVA Project at Chahar Khola in Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP)

Providing of 2.00 HP Submersible pump set (water field) of standard make such as kirlosker/ KSB/ Sabar Brand/ Crompton confiriming to ISI code 8034-1976 with up to date amendments. The pump should be capable of handling 60 meter head with(+)10% and (-) 25% head range and it should be operation able with 240 volts single phase AC Supply. Discharge should be 1.5 liter/ Sec. to 2 liter/ Sec. as per the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing of water proof cable 3 core, 2.5 mm as per IS 674-Part-II-1964 suitable for above pump set from starter to pump set subject to the approval of HPSEB authority as per the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing of high steel carban rope size 5 millimeter square for holding of submersible pump set with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing of 2.00 HP automatic panel including auto start, auto stop and restart facility single phase preventer, timer, relay, selector switch auto and manually start stop facility, prevention of phase reversal, imbalance and oveload and fixed with compatible starter. Complete in all respect including as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of mild steel angle from steel 16 SWG fabricated floor mounting type switch board and capable of mounting the following accessories and with all internal electrical connection dully painted as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing electric material for energisation of hand pump wooden board3" * 3'' MCBICTP including switches, wire 3/29.1/18,7/22 fuse 32 Amp. DP switch with sheet insulation switch board nut & bolt and all other petty items required for electrical connection as per requirement complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing mild stee clamp with nipple 32/40 milimeter dia welded, galvanised iron reducer 32/40 milimeter dia M. seal & PVC tapper etc. complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer in charge .with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, fixing and fitting 40 millimeter dia3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) male threaded socket fitting within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
