Cleaning of existing pipe drain 100mm internal dia upto depth not exceeding 1.50mtrs by rodding / manually as required at site from manholes and well flushing after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes, deposited in lines removing the solids and sludge to any distance place outside the defence land at their own cost and the cost of removal shall be include in this rate all as specified and directed by EIC.

Cleaning of drains of any type and any size by removing dirt, mud vegetable growth etc of any type by excavation or by any means outside the MD land complete all as directed by EIC.

Cleaning of culverts made of Reinforced concrete pipe of size 300 mm to 600 mm dia by removing dirt, mud vegetable growth etc of any type by excavation or by any means outside the MD land complete all as directed by EIC.

Cleaning of blockage of bathroom / kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps / gully traps of all the mud / sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud / sludge and getting out, including cleaning of SGSW pipe or CI pipe upto 1st manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed by EIC.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforcement) of any description of any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed by EIC.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100 mm dia PVC pipe set in cement mortar complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ,40mm graded aggregate, as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested for 100 mm bore for SGWG pipes complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary formwork complete all as directed by EIC.

M& for PCC (1:2:4) type B1using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching inside the man holes complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement martar (1:6) and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed by EIC.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description of any position not otherwise specifically provided for man hole cover slab complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending for hooping, hocking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) etc for cover slab complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for precast cement cocrete cover slabs (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded agg) set in CM 1:4 for man holes complete all as directed by EIC.

S&F Bands, straps, MS rungs, hooks (stay), hand made sliding bolts and similar small articles confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) waste and vent pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 36 (here-in-before) but 110 mm dia pipe

S&F in repairs stack clamps out of 50 mm 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays for 75 mm dia bore pipe, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete.

S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal complete all as directed.

M&L for construction of soakage wells 1.80m dia and 3.00 m effective depth incl excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with pcc blockof size as directed by EIC.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan EWC padestal patern with floor mounting and plastic seat cover complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Make - Cera Cat No S10153101/102 (S/P trap) and Cat No B1510121 Cajol seat cover or equivalent in Hindware/ Parryware as approved by AGE (I).

S&F in repairs 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve float handle including brackets all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.
