(i) Structure Design and Drawings of building components and other related works such as Under Ground water tank, Septic tank etc. all as per schedule of drawings/ checklist. Major elements are as follows (all drawings as per checklist attached): a). Foundation layout plan and detail with foundation layout of retaining structures required to create terraces for buildings placement. b). Column layout plan, schedules and sections c). Beam layout plan and longitudinal as well as transverse sections d). Retaining structure details with longitudinal and transverse elevation/section with reference to terrace layout e). Details of water retaining structures such as tanks, ponds, pools etc f). Staircase/ramp details g). Specification sheet and other details as per demand of project (ii) Submission of Structure Design Report (iii) Submission of Bill of quantities for structure design members and Bar bending schedule

Electrical Design Services:

(i) Electrical design and drawings of interior and exterior electrical works. (ii) Lighting plans and schedule of lights and fans. (iii) Submission of electrical design report. (iv) Submission of Single line diagram for electrical layouts. (v) Submission of Bill of quantities and rates for electrical works.

Plumbing Design Services:

(i) Plumbing design and drawings of water supply and sewage disposal works including firefighting works. (ii) Submission of plumbing design report. (iii) Submission of Bill of quantities and rates for plumbing works

HVAC design Services:

(i) Design of air conditioning system with considerations for Indoor Air Quality as per relevant NBC 2016 provisions. (ii) Drawings for HVAC layout and details. (iii) Bill of Quantities for HVAC works.

Landscape Design:

(i) Landscape design layout (ii) Schedule of plants and trees including specifications (iii) Details of planters, waterbodies and other landscape structures (iv) Landscape lighting plan (v) Landscape drainage plan (vi) Landscape irrigation plan (vii) Landscape retaining structure layout and details (viii) Landscape pavement plans layout and details (ix) Bill of quantities and detailed estimate for various elements proposed

Green Building Design Certification from GRIHA/ IGBC/ Ministry of Environment and Forest excluding cost of registration:

(i) Preparation of feasibility report/synopsis (ii) Preparation of detailed documentation as per manuals published by relevant body from which certification is required. (iii) On site monitoring to check the progress of work is done as per applicable manual through site visits and taking photographs /videos of site during construction. (iv) Acting as nodal agency between Department and Green Building certification authority/agency. (v) Obtaining provisional certificate from certification authority/agency. (vi) Obtaining final NOC/ Certificate after one year of metering and monitoring and validation from authority/agency
