Coarse Screen: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Manual Inclined SS316 Mesh Screen with Cleaning Tool to remove the floating coarse objects larger than 10 mm. Screen Size shall be 600 mm Width x 1000 mm Height, as per the terms and conditions of the tender document.

Screened waste bin required for the manual coarse screen as per the terms and conditions of the tender document.

Fine Screen: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Rotary Drum Fine Screen of SS304 body & screen to remove the floating coarse objects larger than 2 mm. The Motor shall be suitable for 415±10% volts 3 phase AC supply. Capacity: 12.5 m3/h, as per the terms and conditions of the tender document.

Oil Skimmer: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical Oil Skimmer of 10.0 LPH Capacity. All wet parts shall be made of SS304. Housing, Oil Tray & Base Frame shall be of MSEP. The Motor shall be suitable for 415±10% volts 3 phase AC supply. An Oil Container of 100L with lid shall be provided. Container shall be of PP, as per the terms and conditions of the tender document (Make shall be as per the approved makes list in tender conditions).

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Mixing & Homogenization System as per the terms & conditions of the tender document.

Equalization Tank: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Covered Aboveground MS Tank with 5 mm thick MS sheets and 2 mm thick FRP coating on all sides inside for preventing corrossion. Effective Holding Capacity of the tank shall be 150 m3. Tank dimensions shall be 7.5 m L X 5.0 m W X 4.0 m LD + 0.5 FB (as per attached layout). Structural Designing of the tank shall be submitted along with STAAD Pro Analysis. Necessary support structures for the tank, necessary for getting a safe analysis of STAAD Pro and capable of withstandig all loads including operational loads need to be considered in the quoted rate. The contractor has to submit the necessary documents as required by Technopark to prove the effectiveness/stability/safety of the design. The tank shall be provided with one coat primer and 2 coat epoxy on all the outer surface. Removable Inspection covers shall be provided on the tank. Tank shall have the provision for the installation of screens and oil skimmers. Access ladders with safety handrails shall be provided. A general foundation (common foundation) for placing the tank shall be provided by Technopark.

Equalization Blower: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Twin Lobe Blower with CI Casing, Bronze/SS304 Lobes, Mechanical Seal along with Motor, Pressure Gauge, NRV and Isolation Valve on the delivery line. The Motor shall be suitable for 415±10% volts 3 phase AC supply. Capacity: 135 m3/h; Disch. Pressure: 0.45 bar, as per the terms and conditions of the tender document.

Equalization Tank Air Grid: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Coarse Bubble Tubular PVC Diffusers and Air Distribution System to provide equal and homogenous aeration in the Equalization Tank. Air Distribution System shall be of cPVC ASTM Sch.40 with necessary Sch.80 fittings including solvents, joints, valves, sockets, couplings, elbows etc, the size of the pipes and fittings shall be as per the drawings attached in the tender document.

Level Indicator & Transmitter (RADAR Type): Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Radar Type Level Indicator & Transmitter in Equalization Tank for generating analog output for Equalization Tank to transfer the levels of the equalization tank to PLC and to Operate/Control the Raw Sewage Transfer Pumps based on the levels. The tank shall have HH (High High) and LL (Low Low) alarms at the HMI for the Operating personnel. Level Transmitter shall be interlocked with the Pump’s VFD for a fully automated operation, as per the terms and conditions of the tender document.

Online Raw Sewage Quality Analyser, Indicator & Transmitter: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Online Raw Sewage Quality Analyser, Indicator & Transmitter in Equalization Tank generating analog output for Raw Sewage Parameters including COD, BOD, TSS, pH, Oil & Grease to PLC and to record daily values in PLC., as per the terms and conditions of the tender document.

The membrane should be capable of operating at a pH range of 1-12 and for cleaning 1-14, as per the terms and conditions of the tender document.
