Demolishing brickwork masonary by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material disposing of all debris outside the plant premises at the risk and cost of the contractor and as directed by the Engineer.

Removal of doors, and windows of area of 3 sq.m. & below having steel /Aluminum/wooden shutter including chowkhats, architave, guard bars, holdfasts etc. , stacking the material and as directed.

Dismantling float glass/ wired glass/ aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all types of soils for foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated earth outside the plant premises at risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and filling in plinth coarse goma sand under floors including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing etc. complete and as directed.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of approved quality in foundation, plinth, payements, (plinth beams and under floor) including ramming, leveling, curing, form work wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:2:4) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of approved quality in foundation, plinth, payements, (plinth beams and under floor)including ramming, leveling, curing, form work wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing, centering and shuttering including strutting propping, etc. for RCC works including removal of form work after concreting for foundation footing base of Column, PCC, Plinth, beams, coping, slab, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.

Providing,laying & fixing in position TMT bars of grade Fe 500 D (IS 1786) or more for reinforcement at all levels, for RCC in situ work including cost of straightening, cutting, bending & binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks, etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete using approved size of graded stone aggregate and proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 part cement : 1.5 sand : 3 aggregate 20mm down gauge graded stone aggregate of approved quality including consolidating, leveling, finishing, curing, etc. all complete at all levels upto 15 meter height as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer but excluding cost of reinforcement bars including compaction and curing, etc. complete and laying at reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns, walls, suspended floors, roofs laying shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams, girders, cantilever columns as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. ( Excluding cost of centering and shuttering. )

Providing and laying brick masonry using burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 for walls/pillars/steps/trenches, etc. at all levels & in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6 including cost of raking of joints, curing, including providing RCC band at indicated levels (RCC band will be paid separately), etc. all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside surface proportion over brick masonry walls upto 15 mtr. height and concrete surfaces including raking of joints, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fxing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut marble for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss fnish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and laying vitriifed floor / dado tiles in size of tile 500 X 500 approx. (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) water absorption less than 0.08 % and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make,in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg./Sqm. including skirting grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providng and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, JK or equivalent of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. complete as per directed by E.I.C.

Providing and applying one or more coats of white wash to existing/new surfaces of walls of plant building as and when required by removing dust, loose scales by scrapping and adding blue and glue in lime including scaffolding etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying one or more coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint on old/new surfaces of approved brand and shade over walls, doors, windows, ceilings, gumlas, speed breakers, kerb stones, cupboards, file racks etc. as and when required upto height of 15M, including scaffolding, removing loose scales, cleaning dust applying primer on patches etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade having high washability and longer duration on walls, columns, ceiling, etc. (on new or old work) to give an even shade including removing loose scales, fungus, water marks, etc. filling of nail holes and depression with putty of J.K. or equivalent make wall putty repairs and preparing surfaces upto the height of 15 mtrs. including scaffolding, cleaning the splashes on doors, floors, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying one or more coat of water/oil or any suitable primer Cement base primer/Oil base primer on old surfaces for making suitable for applying next finishing coat of any type including surface preparation & filling of cracks, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 5 mm thickness ( Wt. not less than 12.50 Kg/Sqm. ) of clear float/frosted/Bajara sheet glass/laminated particle board to M/s. Triveni/Shree Vallabh/IAG/Modi guard/ Sint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufactuer and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws, etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all heights upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs. With welded/bolted connection to all structural steel works for platform, stairs, ladders, beams, joints, bracings, columns, built up Section, etc. by using plates, beams, channels, angles, pipes, etc. conforming to IS 2062 of approved manufacturer including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, eltc. and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Dismantling existing steel work in built up section upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs consisting of chequered plate, beam, channel, angles, railing pipes, gusset plates, bolts, nuts by cutting rivets, welding by unloading safely at ground and transporting within a limit of 500 mtrs. etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting and fixing in position upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs. M.S. gratings made out of MS flats of 25 x 6mm as main bar @ 40mm C/c and cross bars of 12 x 5mm @ 100mm C/c including edge bar of 25 x 6mm having necessary cutouts for platforms, landing walk way stairs treads etc. at all heights all complete including welding providing and fixing necessary clips to fix in position with structural supports and finished with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Enginer.

Fabrication from existing dismantled section by cutting from old pipes, plates, angles channels, gratings etc by welding, erecting in penlion upto 15 m height, including cost of transportation labour consumables tools machine etc. and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable prime etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, transporting and erecting M.S. black pipe hand railing (medium grade) around structural steel platform and on both sides of the stairs conforming to IS-1239 consisting of top rail 40 mm dia nominal bore and middle horizontal pipe of 32mm dia nominal bore with approvximately one meter height upright member of 32mm dia nominal bore at 1000mm distance C/c including all joints, bends, toe guard base plates including providing and fixing 100 x 6mm flat toe guard and painting with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer all inclusive, upro a height of 15 m etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS : 14871) ROOFING UPTO ANY PITCH AND HEIGHT UPTO 15 M, fixing with polymer coated `J' & `L' hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia, G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPD washers, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing colour coated corrugated galvalume profile sheets of TATA/JSW or equivalant make (Profile, Colour and shape as approved by the Engineer-incharge) of 0.60mm(TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code) with material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition : 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20- 25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and washers of make- Coroshield/ durotuff / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers( as per engineer in charge) including cutting to size and shape wherever required, finishing the surrounding for filling the gap between wall and sheet by providing & applying Cement mortar 1:4 (1: Cement : 4 Sand), etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. Note :-1. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant to make the sheet as leakproof. 2. Measurements will be given only for covered Roof area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately. 3. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of finishing work required for filling the gaps between wall and sheet, nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Providing and fixing Ridge cover of 80 cm overall width, minimum TCT 0.60 mm thick galvalume sheet with sufficient longitudnal and side lapping as per specifications, fixing in place at all heights using polymer coated hot dip galvanized hex head self drilling and self tapping screws with sealing arrangement / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers with all necessary accessories etc. complete as per drawing, specifications, manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of ready mix epoxy paint of 90 micron DFT of approved make and shade for various type of steel roof truss ,structure,gratings,Railing etc. erected in position at all locations and heights upto a height of 15M to give an even shade including cost of primmer wherever neccessery ,using spray gun wherever brush painting is not possible, cleaning the surface scaffolding, removing rust, dust, grease oil, peeled old paint, and suitable premire wherever required, etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.( The job will be carried out as per checklist to obtained desired thickness and to maintaining safe condition.) Note:- Out of total theortical quentity as calculated 50% quantity in first lot and balance 50% in 2nd lot have to be deposited at department custody.

Removing existing old Asbestos Cement sheet roofing of the plant (ROOFING UPTO ANY PITCH AND HEIGHT UPTO 15 M), including ridges,hips,valleys,and gutters etc.,and stacking the servicable material within 50M lead, Cleaning the surface of all loose material throughly and disposing of all the removed material outside the Plants premises at risk and cost of the contractor.

Providing & fixing 2 mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.2" or 6") or step-down (2" or 3" or 6" ) as specified UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent,clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.

Providing & fixing 2 mm thick flat as specified UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing/cladding up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks/ self drilling screws, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. Carting and disposing off all rubbish, broken concrete brick garbage, waste, papers and material outside the plant premises in the authorised dumping area as and when required at the risk and cost of the Contractor including all labours, tools and tackles, transport, etc. complete by help of Tractor trailer @ 3 m3 capacity (approx.)

Providing & fixing on Exposed or concealed surfaces the following dia. Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPC) pipes,having thermal stabilty for hot & cold water supply,including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings,including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Pipe of specified class of M/s. SUPREME or other approved equivalent consisting following items of work: - i) Supplying & fixing CPVC pipes, including necessary all fittings conforming to IS Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed surfaces to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, overflow and vent using M.S. nails/screws, rawl plugs, wooden gutties and branded clamps of Supreme or equvalent make metal clamps with Rubber seal Supreme Cat. No.IGMCR 1 to 7 the pipeline exposed as per the site requirement. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers catalogue for leak proof joint or as per relavant code. iv) Making leak proof threaded / welded joints, including cutting the pipe, cleaning, marking, heating, welding, cooling, etc. and the cost of jointing materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado, etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition, proof joints. vi) Providing and fixing CPVC weldable/threaded fittings such as Union, Niples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc. CPVC Pipes and fittings of Supreme or equvalent make. (Mode measurement: - The measurement shall per Unit RM length of pipe line laid or fixed. The measurement shall be taken along centre line of pipe. No measurement shall be recorded separately for fittings, etc.)

Stores, etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Water Storage Tank :- Providing and fixing on Terrace PVC circular water storage tank of required (i.e. 500 Ltr or 1000 Ltr or 1500 or 2000 Ltr.) capacity SINTEX or equivalant approved make of IS : 12701 marked, mounted on a platform of roof slab including PVC cover, inlet, outlet, overflow and drainage connection including testing, etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applyng one or more coats of best quality heat resistant silicone aluminium paint suitable upto a maximum temperature of 600°C over MS pipe/chimney or any suitable required surfaces including cleaning the surfaces, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Earth work in surface excavation by levelling and dressing of the ground upto a depth not exceeding 15 CM including disposal of excess earth outside plant premises in authorised dumping pit at the risk of Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan),W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid , 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with P or S trap, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc. complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing & fixing approved WHITE Orissa pattern W.C. comprising of Orissa pattern W.C. similar to M/s. Cera Sanitary make model no 2071 or equivalent make with 'P' or 'S' trap in white glazed viterous china ware of size 580 mm x 440 mm conformig to IS 7231, including the 10 Litr low level white P.V.C. flushing cisten M/s. Cera Sanitary make model no 2602P "Ciena Premium" or equivalent make including the cost of flush pipe removing the existing damaged/broken and making good the surrounding with cement mortar/concrete to the existing finish & disposing of debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Dismantling of bituminous road manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including cost of S.S.tower bolt,150mm long S.S. aldrop,S.S.internal latch, door stoper, 35mm wide 2nd class teak batten lipping etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fxing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B, K12 B, T-sections etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, priming coat of approved steel primer, fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) but excluding the cost of other fttings, glass panes complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing GI hard drawn wire dia 2.5 mm weld mesh of aperture 25X25 mm in roll having specified width & length including all fittings & fixtures, welding & fabrication ,one coat of red oxide primer & one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
