Material & labour for 450x350 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles (Digital pattern) including highlighter colored as in dado/ skirting and vertical serfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) over cooking platforms, WHB stand and like laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment of match with shade of granite, including demolition/taking down of existing granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
