HIRING OF LIGHT COMMERCIAL PASSENGER VEHICLES FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS

The company/firm shall have experience of having provided similar service to at least one reputed organization, preferably government organizations for duration of at least three years (i.e., 2021-2020, 2022-21 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025) of cost not less than Rs.30.00 lakhs

Attested copy of the Certificate of registration in the Labour Department, Provident Fund and ESI, GST certificate

Anti-collusion and self -declaration certificate regarding not being blacklisted by any firm/ Government agencies in the format set out in tender document

The company/firm should have been in the business of providing light commercial vehicles (yellow Board) for last Five Financial years (i.e., 2021-2020, 2022-21 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025)

The travel agency /firm shall own at least five vehicles registered in the name of the travel agency/firm. (Receipt/RC/relevant document)

Details of proposed ten vehicles which are registered after 2020 (Receipt/RC/relevant document)

The average annual turnover of the Agency shall not be less than Rs.1.35 Crore in any two financial years out of the last five financial years. (i.e., 2021-2020, 2022-21 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025) The relevant proof in this regard by way of audited Annual Accounts certified by a Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number

Attested copy of the Income Tax return filed by the Travel Agency/Firm for the last 3 years (fiscal years in the Income Tax Department and the clearances

Certificate from the Banker that the bidder has liquid financial resources of not less than Rs.40.00 lakhs. as per the format in the Tender document.
