ADDITION/ALTERATION TO BLDG P-11 ADMIN AND LOGISTICS COMPLEX AT ICGS JAKHAU UNDER GE(I) (CG) GANDHINAGAR

Demolition of precast concrete articles and pre-cast cement concrete block walling, ashlar facing,dressed stone work incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description any thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning etc (upto 2nd floors) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces first layers 10 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concreate surfaces and second layers 5 mm thick with cement mortar 1: 4 with mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% or as per manufactureer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepratly. (ii) The work will be carried out upto double storey building and the rate of scaffolding is included for this item also.

M&L for repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account. (ii) Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.

M&L for gunting to damaged edge bottom of beam , chajja, slab by mixing mechanically PP fibre of 24 mm length with Anti-crack strength with Rheoplastic non shrink, corrosion resistant, High strength MICROCONCRETE having compressive strength as Bs 4551-80 by adding 12mm graded aggregate or in combination with 1:4 mortar for 25 mm jacketing ensuring strength (ASTM C 109)-35 Mpa @ 28 days, Tensile strength 2.0N/mm2 @ 28 days (ASTM C 348)- 4 Mpa @ 28 days, Flextural strength 10N/mm2 (ASTM C 348)-11 Mpa @ 28 days, Young's modulus -27 KN/sqm (ASTM D469), Expansion charactristics (ASTM C 827-1987) Unrestrained expansion upto 4% pressure to restrain plastic Expansion -Approx. 0.004 N/sqm pouring of micro concrete into the formwork of columns/chajja/facia using suitable arrangement or required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days, and the bottom shuttering after 7 days, ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing brick columns etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary shuttering/scaffolding and form work as required.

Supply only TMT steel bars for reinforcement in required length and dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only welded steel wire fabric, weight not exc 4kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on concrete surfaces (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony ceiling etc.) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form work as required up to 7.00 Mtr height building.+E15:E17.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic Emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
