To carry out Breath Analyser Examination of ANS Personnel and submission of Undertaking by ANS personnel working at Airports Authority of India,Technical Block,Trivandrum International Airport-695008 as per schedule of timings given below. Sch-1(0630-0730)-one hour Sch-2(0930-1030)-one hour Sch-3(1230-1330)-one hour Sch-4(1830-1930)-one hour Note-1.At Present One ANS Personnel per day to undergo BAT and 8-12 ANS Personnel approximately to submit undertaking. Note 2.In future,as per schedule,12-15 ATCOs approximately for which information will be given to hospital. The hospital shall quote the rate for all categories of medical Personnel.However,AAI,reserves the right to decide and award thework/services to be extended only to particular category of medical personnel.In such a case,the hospital shall be ina position to provide the required medical personnel in that category to meet the requirements of AAI. Other information: 1.Rate shall be quoted by the hospital/nursing home/agency per month against each row/category along with GST amount in Rupees in relevant columns. 2.Room with Breath Analyser Eqpt with computer and IT infrastructure will be provided by AAI. 3.Transportation of Medical Personnel for all the shifts shall be arranged by hospital/agency. 4.Since the medical Personnel is required and mandatory on all days,the rate shall be quoted for all the days per month.Alternate arrangements shall be made by the hospital/agency for the weekly offs/leave by Medical Personnel
