(a) Disconnecting the water mains from the delivery line of pumping sets, including disconnecting electric connections, lifting and taking out CI column pipes 150mm dia bore, submersible cable and defective mud pumping set with connected cage etc. for necessary repairs complete all as specified and directed. (b) Dismantling defective mud pumping set of capacity 30HP by separating pump and motor for repair pupose and re-assembling after repairs and testing complete all as directed. (Note:- M&L for repair/replacement shall be measured and paid for separately). (c) Transporting defective mud submersible motor 30HP to workshop. M&L for dismantling motor, taking out burnt copper winding of stator, cleaning the casing and stator with wire brush and cleaning the surface, rewinding the motor using super enameled insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge, insulating and drying, complete re-assembling the motor to its original form after replacement of defective parts and testing for satisfactory run. Bringing back to site of work all as directed. Make of submersible motor : KSB. (d) S&F in replacement of suitable size of cage (Approximately 30 kg each), fabricated out of mild steel flat iron 50 x 6mm to hold the submersible pumping set alongwith motor safely as per existing pattern and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) All material, labor and T & P required for complete the job is responsibility of the firm. (b) Old retrieved cable/spare parts shall be property of firm.
