Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of high wall split type air conditioner units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality of capacity 2.0 TR 230 volt AC 50 c/s of 3 star rating with minimum EER 3.5 as comprising of the following:- (a) 2.0 Ton capacity Eco friendly refrigerant cooling unit wall mounting type complete with remote control and draining out arrangement etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) One No condensing unit of 2.0 ton capacity comprising of all fitting such as single phase electric driven compressor, condensing fan motor, condensor with fixing of stand on wall and all necessary controls and accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- The quoted rate includes for complete length of concealed copper tubbing required at site.

M/L for Point wiring complete with 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade enclosed in and including PVC casing and capping with accessories fixed on surface on walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves Dash fasteners and cadmium plated screws all as per ISI including sunk type boxes for AC box of suitable size with 3mm thick backlight sheet white/colour top cover including 2.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with 2 pin earth industrial plug and socket complete with one MCB SP 25 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with using two runs of single core core 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multi standard cable with copper conductor (FRLS) 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn in and including PVC Casing Caping/ PVC Conduit fixed on wall/ceilling complete with all necessary fitting like bends, Tee etc and One run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multi standard cable with copper conductor (FRLS) 1100 volts grade ISI marked as earth wire conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two run of single core 4.0sqmm, One run of 2.5 sqmm cable and PVC conduit/PVC casing shall be measured as one length only.

S&F factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board TP & N 4 way (VTPN DB) with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with provn for DPX 160, 4 pole MCCB/TPN and ELM as incommer and 12 SP MCBs outgoings complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 along with cable end box complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

Supply & Fixing MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps, 415 volts, 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete all as specified directed

Supply, instalation & testing of fast earth electrode maintenance free chemical earthing of Dual pipe technology of 3 mtr long with outer pipe diameter of 88 mm & inner pipe diameter 48mm, the pipes are properly galvanized for 80-120 micron and wall thickness of inner pipe 3mm and 2mm of outer pipe. There should be terminal for connection of 50x6 mm GI strips with two holes of 14 mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE is duly fitted with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminals of 50x6 mm GI strips at top. Alongwith 2 bags of 2 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical should be tested and certified by any international accredited laboratory. The earthhencing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350/&/EC62321/111/54/CDV. The PH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. The content of mercury (Hg) & Hexacromium should be below detection level. The electrode should be tested for salt spray test as per BIS117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500Hrs. The FAST ELECTRODE shall be dully tested & Certified by CPRI (Central power Reserch Institution), Govt of India for a suitable minimum short circuit current for 1 second with initial pick of suitable KA. The Fast ELECTRODE shall be approved by CPRI, ERDA/NABL Lab complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper strip 20mm x 3.15 mm complete with saddles, fixing screws for fixing the strip with clamps on wall/ceilling as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of GI Sheet box of size 90x90x90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.
