Material & labour for cutting grass manually and removing materials obtained from cutting/cleaning both sides of runway, PTT near DTGM board, Links, Cleaning of taxi track and other airfield area as per user requirement etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor will arrange his own minimum 04 Nos. of labour form 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (including lunch break of half an hour at mid day) every day and as well as reuquired. However department will have the right to stop the work at any time due to security point of view.

Material & labour for ploughing of soft ground arrester in the pattern prescribed by the Engineer in Charge using including deploying of tractor with jungle jim/plougher and a driver and cutting of grass around runway and taxi track complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Payment shall be made for each hour or part there of of execution of work by the tractor on site. Necessary log book duly signed by the users, Engineer in charge and contractor shall be maintained and kept on records of the Engineer in charge and shall be produced when desired by the GE. Stationary for the same shall be supplied by the contractor)

Providing & operating bush cutter (with operator) with bush cutter blade for grass shrubs/vegetation scrapping/cutting on requirment basis around airfield lights, sign boards along with drain including deploying of one labour for removing the rubbish from outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair of distance to go marker 2 Nos (1220mm X 1220 mm) made of compressed aluminum sheet of 4mm thick blackodised on one side where the compressed aluminum sheet and the marking of the number/letter are of red retro reflective film on black background and shall comply with ADM part 6 is supported in a frame made up of aluminum extrusion embeded 60cm below GL with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 and 10cm above ground level including making ncecessary earth works etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cleaning the surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with compressor air blower to remove all loose dust and dirt etc/taking out dust/ existing material with compressed air and making the surface free from dust, drying the surface and applying Two coats of polymeric modified emulsion (PME) by using self propelled emulsion distribution uniformly or towed emulsion pressure sprayer , equipped for spraying the PME uniformly and mopping the total undiluted PME @ 1.00 litre per sqm in two coats in ratio 1:1 (PME: water) and ensure uniform finish of total area complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: The tenderer shall take into consideration the following points while quoting rate for the above item:- (i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of polymer modified emulsion (PME) shall be used, depending upon condition of existing flexible surface.

Material & labour for obtaining approved good earth (soft soil) from outside defence land to a distance as per requirement and bring out to side and deposited for forming embankment/filling berms including spreading in layings not exceeding 30 cm thick, levelled and ramming with 8 to 10 tonned power mechanical roller including watering in the required compaction level and gradient/slope complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) To arrive finished quantity for payment purpose consolidated thickness shall be measured. (ii) Earth shall be free form foreign materials i.e. grass, roots, brick bats etc. (iii) Contractor shall submit OGL and finished level after compaction.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/rigid pavement/Hardstanding of any description and in any position by using mechanical method including cutting by machine of existing edge of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing demolished materials (other than soil) to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing outside MD Land inlcuding loading ,unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in subbase/ floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual ,organic and deleterious materials spread uniformly laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 400 micron HDPE sheet virgin quality having min weight 390 gm per sqm over sand layer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand o crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1 J3rd to 1 /41h the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bi cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application o compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and othe debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant.
