REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE AND CALIBRATION OF RMUs/VCBs WITH REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE HT UG CABLE WITH CONNECTED WORK AT AF STN NALIYA UNDER GE (AF) NALIYA

M&L for maintenance and servicing of Load Breaker in 3 way RMU 11 KV, 400/ 630 /1200 Amps by cleaning of all mechanism parts and bushing after taking proper shutdown, unbolting all busbars from insulators/supporters & cleaning/scrapping deposited salt/oxide layers with help of CRC 2-26 spray, WD-40, emry paper, cotton rugs, alcohol/sprit etc. Refixing straight lengths, supply elements, turning elements, T-connectors & all HT components/switchgears after applyig silica gel on movale/unmovable parts before closing HT compartments tightening of all connections, checking , control wiring, servicing etc, refixing the Load Breaker in its original position including proper setting of manual/ auto motorize operation of Load Breaker, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Maintenance to be carried out by authorised person of OEM and test certificate shall be furnished from the authorized person of OEM.

All as per item No.1 above but for only one Load breaker

M&L for Maintanance, Calibration of VCB relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB up to 90% rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15% of rated load removing u/s overload and earth fault relay including connection with power pack, opening out the trolley, checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically,performing timing test by measuring the mechanical operation time of breakers contacts, checking of TNC switch including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Maintaenance, Calibration to be carried out by authorised person and test certificate shall be furnished from the authorized person of OEM.

S & F in replacement of complete power pack unit of 220 V/110 V AC input and 110 V/24V DC output fixed inside the HT VCB/RMU unit complete for back up of the tripping system of Circuit Breaker etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make shall be all as provided by the OEM or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply install and testing in replacement of digital four pole non directional Microprocessor based IDMTL 3 over current +1 Earth fault with instantaneous element relay with high set & Aux. supply 20-110 volt DC as per existing make and model as provided by OEM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for replacement of automatic spring charge motor of the Vacuum circuit breaker of existing make and model as provided by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV current transformer (CTs) for HT panels indoor type resin cast epoxy type of 13.1 KA/sec having ratio 60/5+5 Amps suitable for metering and protection of panels including control cables as per site requirement and fixing on copper bus bar section having class of accuracy 5P10, burden 15 VA. complete all as directed
