CONSULTANCY FOR PREPARATION OF DESIGN,DRAWNG AND HEAT LOAD CALCULATION FOR PROV OF TECH INFRA OF 451 ARMY AVN SQN(AH) WITHIN EXISTING AVBL LAND OF AVN BASE AT NAGTALAO MIL STN (a) Design of energy efficient central air conditioning plant of suitable capacity based on inside/outside conditions. Inside conditions to be obtained from GE on given data sheet attached as Appendix. The design shall meet relevant code requirements and should as per latest IS practices. It should include the following:- (b) Data based heat load calculations for AHU as per site plan. (c) Double line duct drawing showing different sizes of ducts air flow details. (d) Chiller water piping drawing including condenser pipes and fitting with details of dia. (e) Layout Schematic line diagram of LT control panel suitable for the plant showing all the details such as main incoming, outgoing and their type, capacities, qty, alongwith connected measuring instrument/meters, indication lamp starters, MCB, MCCB isolator etc. (f) Specification/description of equipment and other materials/items with technical literature of various components. (g) Recommendation of type of plant with detailed justification depending upon heat load to meet the desired condition specified in data sheet to be obtained from AGE in consultation with user as per format attached as Appendix. (h) Line plan of Plant AHU showing various eqpt/items with diamension of various eqpts/item with specific working clearance between eqpts to eqpts and from walls, after due consideration existing doors and windows (j) Schedule of item/description of equipment of all items with accounting unit, qty and particular specification etc. (k) Full description of items/eqpt of schedule with recommended brand /make, listing various items & their recommended brands/makes. (l) Inside design conditions are required to be maintained irrespective of minor variation in outside conditions.

Note :- (i) Consultant should submit 2 Nos CD showing detailed design with description/specification complete along with heat load calculation (For summer, winter & monsoon) design, drawing bill of quantities and two nos hard copies. (ii) Outside design conditions at AGE (I) Nagtalao area can be obtained from concerned metrological authorities. (iii) Consultant will develop the soft copy of all the drawings required for the work on the basis of hard copy /line plan of the project. (iv) Consultant has to obtain details from AGE (I) Nagtalao in consultation with users. (v) Atmospheric/any other required datas to be obtained from concerned metrological deptt/Govt institutions. (vi) DPR should be vetted along with its drawing from IIT/NIT. (vii) Noise level (sound pressure) should not exceed the permissible limits. (viii) Consultant should provide rate analysis for all the connected equipment’s.
