The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 90 percent of the contract value for ongoing works, as a prime contractor at least one similar work such as Consultancy Services for conducting Topographical Survey & Preparation of drawings of the Rising main / Bleeder main/ gravity main of Tank Filling Scheme / Lift Irrigation Work of value not less than Rs.4.15 lakhs usually not less than 50 percent estimated value of contract during the Last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26. An additional weightage of 10 percent each year will be added to the cost of work to bring it to the price level of financial year in which tenders are invited 2026-27. The work done certificate should be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The intending bidder should have prepared DPR of Tank Filling Scheme/Lift Irrigation works /Barrages having length of Raising main/Gravity main & Feeder Mains & Sub Mains /pressure distribution.

Senior Total Station Specialist A Graduate in Civil Engineering/Remote Sensing with a minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of GIS/Total Station survey. a) 10 Years equals to 1 b) 15Years equals to 2 c) Above 15 Years equals to 3. The consent letters of key personnel / man power to be part of the above assignment should be enclosed. No enclosing of consent letters will automatically result in non-applying the Marks.

Senior Surveyor A Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in operation of Total Station and GPS equipment a) 1 Years equals to 1 b) 3 Years equals to 3 c) Above 5 Years equals to 5. The consent letters of key personnel / man power to be part of the above assignment should be enclosed. No enclosing of consent letters will automatically result in non-applying the Marks

CAD Draughtsman- A Diploma in civil engineering with minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field. a) 3 Years equals to 1 b) 5 Years equals to 3 c) Above 5 Years equals to 5. The consent letters of key personnel / man power to be part of the above assignment should be enclosed. No enclosing of consent letters will automatically result in non-applying the Marks.

The Annual turnover of the intending bidder should not be less than the amount put to tender i.e Rs 8.31 Lakhs in any of two financial years during previous 5 years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26(in all classes of Civil Engineering Consultancy works only). Audited profit and loss account statement certified by registered Charted Accountant duly having UDIN along with Income Tax Returns should be furnished (The turnover of previous years shall be updated to 2026-27 at 10% per annum).

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame a)Fair equals to 5 b) Good equals to 10 c)Best equals to 15

The Bidder should have the following Survey Equipment/Licensed Software for carrying out the assignment 1.The Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) (Static and RTK) having angular Least Count of 1 Inch and accuracy of 5 Inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1 mm +1.5 mm with all the necessary accessories. 2.The Electronic Total Station having angular least Count of 1 inch and Accuracy of 5 Inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1mm +1.5 mm,with all the necessary accessories.3.Autocad LT 2009 or any equivalent software. 4.All necessary vehicles for carrying out the survey work. 5.E-Survey Software of latest version. 6.STAAD Pro Software of latest version.The intending bidder should have availability of above equipment /software either owned or by procurement against self mobilization or by lease agreement entered into before the date of filling the tender
