B is Value at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be done during next 06 Months.

RequiredThe Bidder should have achieved a Financial Turn-over of not less than the Amount put to tender i.e Rs.7.00 Lakhs in any of the TWO Financial years during the last 5 years, i.e, 2021-22 to 2025-26. Audit profit and loss account certified by a practicing charted accountant, the turnover will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10 percent for each year prior to 2026-27.

RequiredThe bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least One Similar nature of work to value of not less than 50 percent of cost of work put to tender, i.e. Rs.3.50 Lakhs in any one year during previous five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26. Necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below rank of Executive Engineer is to be uploaded with technical bid. The cost will be updated to present value by giving weightage of 10 percent for each year, if work is completed prior to 2026-27.

RequiredThe bidder should submit Scanned signature of the bidder/authorized representative in case of a firm or company to be attached to the bid document. Also in case of authorized representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded.

RequiredThe bidder should Upload Copy of the Valid Registration Certificate issued by KPWD Class-3 & Above , Govt. of Karnataka. or registered as a MSME with Govt. of India.

RequiredThe intending bidder should furnish Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of Minimum Rs. 30 percent of the amount put to Tender i.e. Rs.2.10 Lakhs, Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement.

RequiredThe intending bidder should upload Valid ISO 9001-2015 Certificate/ ISO/IEC 27001-2022 Certificate in the field of civil engineering.

RequiredThe intending bidder should upload Valid NABL Certificate in the field of quality control & quality assurance.

RequiredThe requisite EMD in electronic cash.

RequiredValid copy of GST Registration certificate along with latest paid challans.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
