1) Goods as per Shedule of Requirements -Local Control System for Canal Head Regulators of SAC Barrage, Dowlaiswaram & Canal Head and Cross Regulators of Prakasam Barrage, Vijayawada.

Supply of Local control PLC/RTU system with software development of PLC/RTU, Control Panel with front door opening cabinet, fitted with Power buses, MCBs & GPRS modem. Suitable 24 VDC power supply to power up PLC/RTU panel, including suitable switch mode power supply (SMPS) with 1 KVA UPS for Power back up of minimum 2 hours, 7” or above HMI display & Industrial type electrical fitting & cabling with suitable conduits complete for all related field instruments, as per technical specification.

Supply of Shaft Encoder based rotary position sensor with Digital Display & proximity limit switches Type Gate Position Sensors for indication and monitoring of Head regulators, gates, Cross regulator gates including cabling & integration with PLC/RTU as per technical specifications.

Supply of Automated Water Level transmitter non-contact RADAR type having 30m range for measuring upstream level on Head Regulators at SACB & Praksham Barrage. Including all necessary cabling with suitable conduits & electrical fittings & mast complete as per technical specification

Supply of Automated Water Level transmitter non-contact Ultrasonic type having 10m range for measuring downstream level in main Canals. Including all necessary cabling with suitable conduits & electrical fittings & mast complete as per technical specification

Supply of Side looking Acoustic Doppler based Velocity Meter (ADVM) for direct discharge measurement in Canal system with bed width of 40 m, including cabling & integration with datalogger as per technical specifications.

Supply of Datalogger of 8 channel input with GPRS/GSM telemetry for system as per technical specifications.

Supply of Solar Panel, charger Regulator, batteries, lightening arrestor with all connectors, cables and conduit for cables for providing un interrupted power supply for Datalogger installed as per technical specifications

S-17)Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Air condition system with requisite furniture for establishment of Control rooms near Praksham & SACB Barrage along with necessary electrical fittings.

S-18) Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for Canal Head regulator automation system of SACB at Dowlaiswaram and Prakasam Barrage at Vijayawada as per Price schedule after final acceptance of SCADA & Surveillance system. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders’ cost, the cost of Communication for GPRS/GSM & SIM charges for data transmission &other related charges. Minimum two Service Engineers shall be placed At Control rooms (one for each control room) for operation of SCADA system.

S-19)Comprehensive AMC for complete SCADA system as per schedule of Rates along with all accessories, installed at designated locations under this contract after 5 years warranty period. This includes the cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission and shall be borne by bidder. a) Year 1 after expiry of O&M and warranty period of 5 years

S-19)Comprehensive AMC for complete SCADA system as per schedule of Rates along with all accessories, installed at designated locations under this contract after 5 years warranty period. This includes the cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission and shall be borne by bidder. b) Year 2 after expiry of O&M and warranty period of 5 years

S-20)Training of the purchases personnel at the suppliers plant and / or / onsite in assembly, as directed by the purchaser, and start up, operation, maintenance and / or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor callibration, PLC / RTU and SCADA system, Data downloading, Data retrival, Collection, trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuraton, installation, Site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per Technical specifications.
