MANNING AND OPERATION FOR SUB STATION AT NAUSHAKTI VIHAR AND DG SET AT MO(V) (NEW), AND WED UNDER AGE E/M NO-II OF GE(U-I) VISAKHAPATNAM

Outsouring for operation & maintenance of HT 11 KV sub-station at Naushakti Vihar area including HT feeders from NAD 33/11 KV MRS, HT VCBs , HT structures, RMUs, back up protection, Battery bank system etc located at Naushakti Vihar including operation of DG set located at Sub-station and Megadripetta, external electric supply network of 11 KV and connected switch controls up to main distribution boards at buildings, RMUs, distribution transformers, Power factor Control Panels, back up protection, street light feeders and all other connected switchgears including attending the electrical breakdowns to external electric supply network from 11 KV MRS to sub-stns and connected switch controls up to main distribution boards at buildings, HT structures, LT / HT over head lines, transformers, back up protection, street light feeders and all other connected items; routine maintenance includes minor replacments like fuses, jumpers, insulation taping, applying petroleum jelly, termination of burnt LT cables using lugs and tightening of busbars / terminations etc of entire Naushakti Vihar area for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 hours each all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

(i) One skilled electrician in each shift Note : (i) Bidder has to quote the following mandatory provisions related to wages and misc benefits for workmen which includes all Taxes, cess, levis as applicable including GST. (ii) In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates / instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafide / invalid which shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance (iii) Payment for item nos. 1.00 (i) (a) to (f) will be done after submission of valid & authentic documents in support of proof of payment as mentioned in tender documents.

(ii) One semi skilled electrician in each shift Note : (i) Bidder has to quote the following mandatory provisions related to wages and misc benefits for workmen which includes all Taxes, cess, levis as applicable including GST. (ii) In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates / instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafide / invalid which shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance (iii) Payment for item nos. 1.00 (ii) (a) to (f) will be done after submission of valid & authentic documents in support of proof of payment as mentioned in tender documents.

NOTE : The rate shall also include the following : (a) Any additional manpower for early restoration of supply as directed. (b) HT/LT Complaints should be attended with in 30 min. Necessary transportation should be provided by the contractor. (c) Aluminium lugs, HT/LT insulation taping, petroleum jelly etc if required (d) The capacitors banks shall be operated for maintaining power factor not less than 0.96 at incomer. (e) Any charges leived by APEPDCL for non maintaining power factor shall be recovered without any claim.

Out sourcing for operation and maintenance of 250 KVA and 100 KVA DG sets including connected control panels and security / perimeter lights panels located at New MO(V) in three shifts in working Days and Two shifts in Holi days for smooth and trouble free operation all as directed.

(i) One skilled operator in each shift Note : (i) Bidder has to quote the following mandatory provisions related to wages and misc benefits for workmen which includes all Taxes, cess, levis as applicable including GST. (ii) In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates / instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafide / invalid which shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance (iii) Payment for item nos. 2.00 (i) (a) to (f) will be done after submission of valid & authentic documents in support of proof of payment as mentioned in tender documents.

Note for item No 1 to 3: (i) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building/ DG Set area, lawn, garden, outside the bay yard , hard standing , footpath etc in neat and clean position (ii) The contractor shall provide dress with jacket – 01 Nos to all the electricians employed by him, the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rates (iii) The operator shall ensure by trail run and be alert to run the DG Set with in 1 mints of supply failure (iv) The DG Set if operated through a AMF panel the contractor shall ensure operation automatically with 2 seconds of supply failure (v) Filling of acid and distilled water in battery whenever required for smooth running of Gen set is to be done by the contractor and the quoted rate is deemed to be included. (vi) The operator shall maintain log sheet for DG set / for incoming VCB panel and record hourly reading of supply parameters and breakdown details as directed by Engr in charge

(vii) (a) HSD oil required for running DG Set will be issued under Schedule ‘B’ free for filling which will be made available at site by Department. (b) It is the contractor’s responsibility to maintain the minimum reserve of oil in tank at any time and as directed by EIC. (c) Necessary Men power required to load the HSD oil at Store yard and to unload the HSD Oil at site shall be arranged by contractor and the rate quoted shall include for the same.

M&L for carrying out 'B' check for DG set 250 KVA, as per manufacturer's recommendation including replacement of fuel filter, air filter and oil filter, 'O' rings, engine oil, gasket, coolant etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out 'B' check for DG set 100 KVA, as per manufacturer's recommendation including replacement of fuel filter, air filter and oil filter, 'O' rings, engine oil, gasket, coolant etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out 'B' check for DG set 82.5 KVA, as per manufacturer's recommendation including replacement of fuel filter, air filter and oil filter, 'O' rings, engine oil, gasket, coolant etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out 'B' check for DG set 40 KVA, as per manufacturer's recommendation including replacement of fuel filter, air filter and oil filter, 'O' rings, engine oil, gasket, coolant etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out 'B' check for DG set 20 KVA, as per manufacturer's recommendation including replacement of fuel filter, air filter and oil filter, 'O' rings, engine oil, gasket, coolant etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
