House keeping viz. sweeping & moping once in a day floors to all plant buildings which includes all rooms, corridors, glass partitions toilets, stair cases, maintaining check list, removing all dust wastes, etc. including cost of soft/hard brooms, mops with handles and disposing off the rubbish to outside the plant area at the risk and cost of the Contractor etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Sweeping of Industrial open areas of Main plant etc. daily by manually as removing of vegetation,crippers from compund wall,dust, dry leaves, waste papers, etc. and carting and disposing off by tractor trailer out side the plant area at the risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.(Area 38275 Sqm.Approx.)

Cleaning sewer lines manholes, etc. and disposing of the waste outside the plant area at the risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Dechoking of wash basins, sink, nahani traps, WC gully traps and making the same functional by using all tools, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Carting and disposing off all rubbiosh, broken concrete brick garbage, waste papers and material outside the plant premises as and when required at the risk and cost of the contractor including all labours, tools, tackles, transport, etc. complete and as directed (disposal to be done by tractor trailer @ 3 cum capacity).

Cleaning the main storm water channel outside the fencing and along the highway all mud, earth, wild growth upto the floor of channels for smooth flow of rain water, disposing off all the removed material sufficiently away at risk and cost of the Contractor and as directed by the Engineer. (275 M long)

Cleaning of storm water open drains inside plant premises all muck, garbage sludge, etc. and diposing of all the rubbish outside the plant premises at the risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer (cleaning to be done four times in a year as directed).(1200 mtr long)

Sweeping of roads of plant area, open spaces, pavements, etc. daily by mechanically operated equipment as directed by Engineer, collecting dust, dry leaves, waste papers, etc. and carting and disposing off by tractor trailer out side the plant area at the risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.(Area=37825Sqm. Approx.)

Removing cobwebs from all the plant buildings from inside at all heights as per schedule, collecting dust, dirt and cleaning/sweeping of area including cost of scaffolding, brooms, safety appliances, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying & depositing at civil stores (on quarterly basis) and placing as and when required for maintaining the plant buildings in neat, clean and hygenic condition as below environment fiendly, toxic free and degradable material (all consumables should be of approved brand preferably conforming to relevant IS standards).

Cleaning entire terraces and window hoods of the plant buildings upto 15m height including cleaning dry leaves, dechoking of drain holes and pipes and disposing off the garbage out of the plant premises by using ladder, other tools, tackles and tractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (6850 sqm)

Cleaning/desludging of main septic tank of plant site (250 cum capacity) diverting and emptying out sewage, removing sludge by deploying sludge pump and disposing sludge outside plant area in authorised dumping area, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and spreading bleaching powder in 25 kg. packing on wet areas during Monsoon along drainage ducts, stagnant water, etc. as and when required, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
