Supply of following chemicals for regeneration of water softener plant to be supplied as and when required.

Industrial Salt NaCl

Supply and monitoring of below mentioned chemicals and any other chemicals as required for maintaining Condenser Cooling water quality with chemical parameter as per recommendation of OEM for Condenser cooling water systems connected with chillers plants to prevent scale formation, corrosion, algae formation & bio-fouling so as to maintain the approach temperature of chillers within 2 to 4℃ and monitoring of chemical treatment, water analysis including providing the dosing pumps, dosing tank etc. as required and as per the scope of work & Technical Specification enclosed complete as required. (2 no. cooling tower rated 375 TR) a) Scale & Corrosion Inhibitor (Minimum Qty 50Kg/Month) b) Scale Dispersant (Minimum Qty 30Kg/Month) c) Biocides (Minimum Qty 10Kg/Month) d) Bio-Dispersant (As per requirement) e) Sulphuric acid/ PH Controller (Minimum Qty 150Kg/Month) f) Labour component for Dosing and monitoring purpose. (a) to (f) - 1 Job

Supply and monitoring of below mentioned chemicals and any other chemicals as required for chilled water systems connected with chillers plants to prevent scale formation, corrosion, silica, micro-organisms like bacteria & fungi, algae formation and bio-fouling so as to maintain the approach temperature of chillers within 2 to 4℃ and monitoring of chemical treatment, water analysis including providing the dosing pumps, dosing tank etc. as required and as per the scope of work & Technical Specification enclosed complete as required. a) Corrosion Inhibitor (Minimum Qty 50Kg/Month) b) Biocides (Minimum Qty 7Kg/Month) c) Labour component for Dosing and monitoring purpose. (a) to (c) - 1 Job

Supply and replacement of Filter media for Activated Carbon Filter(ACF) of Water Treatment Plant of Dimensions -1400mm (DIA) X 2000 mm (Height) with Granular Activated Carbon IV 900 - irregular shaped particles with sizes ranging from 0.5 to 1.5mm, Different Sizes of Pebbles, Silex etc. in layers as per Technical specifications, rinse cleaning, painting inside the ACF with double coat of epoxy paint of approved shade and painting outside the ACF with double coat of enamel paint of approved shade, including replacement of Rubber Gaskets , Galvanised Bolts and Nuts, removal & disposal of old outdated media by dumping away at a distance of approx. 5Km away from Tirupati Airport including loading, unloading, transportation etc., complete as and when required as per the site requirement and decision of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of Filter media for Pressure Sand Filter(PSF) of Water Treatment Plant of Dimensions -1400mm (DIA) X 2000 mm (Height) with Different Sizes of Pebbles, Silex, coarse sand, fine sand etc. in layers as per Technical specifications, rinse cleaning, painting inside the PSF with double coat of epoxy paint of approved shade and painting outside the PSF with double coat of enamel paint of approved shade, including replacement of Rubber Gaskets , Galvanised Bolts and Nuts, removal & disposal of old outdated media by dumping away at a distance of approx. 5 Km away from Tirupati Airport including loading, unloading, transportation etc., complete as and when required as per the site requirement and decision of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Resin media in water softner vessel of water softner Plant of Dimensions -1200mm (DIA) X 2000 mm (Height) with Cation exchange resin of 1400 Ltrs of brand INDION 225 NA (Ion Exchange make or equivalent of Thermax make) and supporting media as per Technical specifications, painting inside with double coat of epoxy paint of approved shade and painting outside with double coat of enamel paint of approved shade, including replacement of Rubber Gaskets , Galvanised Bolts and Nuts, removal & disposal of old outdated resin and media by dumping away at a distance of approx. 5 Km away from Tirupati Airport including loading, unloading, transportation etc., complete as and when required as per the site requirement and decision of the Engineer-in-Charge.
