Outsourcing of Conservancy and Housekeeping for MES Offices and Installations of HQ CWE Office including its Sub-Units and Office of GE CTL at Visakhapatnam

Providing / Outsourcing of Conservancy / Housekeeping Services by deploying minimum 06 Nos of Safaiwalas for Office of HQ CWE Office including its Sub-Units and Office of GE [CTL] at Visakhapatnam for carrying out day to day cleaning and sweeping / mopping of floors [internal & external] of office buildings including verandahs, corridors, roofs, cleaning / dusting of furniture and rearranging thereafter, cleaning of doors, windows, glass panes, cleaning of toilets, disinfection of rooms, toilets etc. including cleaning of cob-webs, roots and cleaning of open drains, removal of garbage from dustbin, waste material buckets from the rooms and disposing off to the designated place complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Consumables such as General Cleaners, Toilet Cleaners, Acids, Phenyl, Naphthalene Balls, and Disinfectants etc. shall be supplied by the department on required basis. However, the contractor shall provide Brooms, Brooms with Bamboo Stick, Soft Brooms, Brushes, Dusting Clothes, Polish Clothes etc. for carrying out day to day maintenance and up keep of the office and the rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be including the same. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Providing / Outsourcing of Conservancy / Housekeeping Services by deploying 16 Nos of Peon / Duftry [Multi Tasking Staff] for Office of HQ CWE Office including its Sub-Units and Office of GE [CTL] at Visakhapatnam for carrying out day to day services like opening, numbering, updating of files, photocopying of various office documents, taking multiple copies of letters, handling of files from one room to another room, dusting of tables, chairs, computers, files, almirahs etc. and any other duty as assigned by the Section Head with regard to maintenance of files complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing / Outsourcing of Conservancy / Housekeeping Services by deploying 04 Nos of Ferro Printer / Draughtsman for Office of HQ CWE Office including its Sub-Units and Office of GE [CTL] at Visakhapatnam for carrying out day to day services like preparation of Site Layout Plans / Drawings, Architectural / Structural Drawings in Auto CADD, up keep and maintenance of Record Drawings, tracing of drawings, preparation of various folders, printing of drawings and taking multiple copies of drawings, etc and any other duty as assigned by the Section Head with regard to maintenance of drawings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing / Outsourcing of Conservancy / Housekeeping Services by deploying 31 Nos of Data Entry Operators / Clerical Staff as JAA / Steno for Office of HQ CWE Office including its Sub-Units and Office of GE [CTL] at Visakhapatnam for carrying out Official Work / Clerical Jobs like Preparing / Compiling / Generation and Maintenance of Reports and Returns, Data entry, compilation of various data, Generation of Reports, keeping various records in respect of Works & Stores, typing of letters, general office / clerical duties, managing filing system, recording information as required, monitoring of various reports and returns / correspondence, maintaining documents, helping and organizing in maintaining the office common areas and premises, correspondence related to works and other day to day Clerical Jobs etc. and any other duty as assigned by the Section Head complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
