The following fixed fire fighting CO2 system 10 yearly routine works to be carried out by DGS approved firm and necessary DGS approved certificate to be submitted to ship/HSL.
Weigment of Main CO2 Cylinders, capacity - 45Kgs.
Weigment of Pilot CO2 Cylinder, capacity - 6.5Kgs.
Pressure testing of CO2 Cylinders in presence of HSL/Ship Staff.
Refilling of Main & Pilot CO2 Cylinders.
Blow through of pipe lines (dia-25mm) - 20Mtrs.
Blow cut in / cut off operation to be shown to ship staff.
