Outsourcing of resources for management of operating of HT 11 KV Sub Station by employing One skilled (Electrician) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at MRS Sub Station including Maintenance of log sheet for every shift, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, rectification of cable fault in LT/HT Cables, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge comprising of the following equipments in each Shift(s):- (i) Transformer 300 KVA 11/0.433 KV - 02 Nos. (ii) HT 11 KV 5 way VCB - 01 No. (iii) Four Pole Structure - 01 No. (iv) Servo Voltage Stabilizer - 02 Nos. (v) LT/APFC Panels - 02 Nos.

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

In Third shift of 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

Outsourcing of resources for rectification/monitoring of HT/LT underground cables, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same and in case if any fault in HT/LT cable /HT&LT joint faults, it should removing of faults and management/monitoring of electric supply system by employing One skilled (Electrician/Linemen) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at all Perimeter areas, Domestic area & technical area at AF Stn including jointing material such as burner, gas cylinder and connected tools, Maintenance of log sheet for every shift, repairs of petty nature, rectification of cable fault in LT/HT Cables, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of the following shifts:-

In first shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

In Second shift of 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

In Third shift of 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Outsourcing of resources for running/management of operating of DG Sets by employing One skilled (Fitter General Mechanic) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at ORR Bldg, parameter DG including Maintenance of log sheets of each shift duly signed by JE E/M & Engineer-in-Charge, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following DG Sets in each Shift:- (i) DG Set 40 KVA - 01 No. (ii) DG Set 100 KVA - 01 No. (iv) DG Set 62.5 KVA - 01 No. (v) AMF Panel - 05 Nos. Note : DHPP (Diesel) for DG set will be issued under Sch 'B' free for running of DG set. The Contractor shall deposit of empty container in store yard of AGE E/M. The quoted rates shall be deemed to have included the handling & conveyance of DHPP from store yard to Instalation and vice versa.

In Third shift of 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Outsourcing of resources for management of water supply system by employing One skilled (Fitter General Mechanic) operator per shift of 08 hrs duration at Pumping Station No. 02 including Maintenance of log sheet for every shift, upkeeping of installations, repairs of petty nature, detection of leakages if any and rectification of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of the undermentioned equipments/plants for the following Shift(s):- (i) Submersible pumping Set 40 HP - 02 Nos. (ii) LT Panel - 02 Nos. Note : DHPP (Diesel) for DG set will be issued under Sch 'B' free for running of DG set. The Contractor shall deposit of empty container in store yard of AGE E/M. The quoted rates shall be deemed to have included the handling & conveyance of DHPP from store yard to Instalation and vice versa.

Supply only electrical tool Kit consisting of insulation tape, Multi meter, Tester, Test lamp, cutting pliers, screw driver, Helmet, hand gloves etc for safety of tradesmen and routine electrical maintanance complete all as all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only Log Sheet/Book on size A-4 (210mm X 297mm) 75 GSM consisting minimum 40 pages duly bind with hard sheet as per sample approved by GE for maintaining Log book and getting signature of Engineer-in-Charge

Note for above all items :- (i) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc. as applicable. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc. as applicable, his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount among valid / bonafide bids only. (ii) Each working shifts as described in BOQ (Sch 'A') on all working days inclduing Sunday and holiday. However weekly rest shall be given to the trademen as per laid down rules. The Contractor shall quote his rate for each Shift. (iii) In case of absent of any trades or not in duty during the above said working hours the following recovery will be made in the payment being made against above mentioned work :- (a) Skilled Operator Rs. 1000/- Per Shift. (iv) The trades men so deployed will not leave the premise until his reliver has reported as such the contractor should ensure that the trades men are reported to the detailed instalations at per time.

Note for above all items (Contd...) :- (v) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, necessary safety equipments required as per IE Rules, handling, conveyance and safety precaution, screws etc as required for each shift of maintenance. Attendance register at each location for every calander months and every shift shall be prepared for claiming Running / final payment. (vi) The DG Set/Sub stations will be operated round the clock for 24 hours as specically mentioned in Three shifts per day, unless otherwise specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) The Operator being deployed in the work shall have a minimum qualification of ITI/ having State/National trade certificate issued by State/National council for vocational education and training in relavent trade with minimum 5 Years experience. Necessary Technical qualification & experience certificate shall be produced for verification of Engineer-in-Charge and get the approval in writing before deploying for work. (viii) Log Sheet/Book shall be maintained by the contractor for each shift by mentioning Name of operator, running hours of each DG sets to calculate consumption of DHPP (Diesel) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shall be produced at the time of Running bill duly singed by all concerned.Cost of log sheet/ book will be paid extra under Item No.8 of BOQ.
