Supply of ISI Marked Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron (K-7) / (K-9) Socket & Spigot Pressure Pipes in standard length with inside cement mortar lining and external bituminous coating conforming to IS 8329:2000 and its subsequent amendments & ISI Marked SB/EPDM Rubber Gasket (IS:5382) for Push-on type Flexible Joints of DI Pipes, local delivery at consignees’ Stores at Puri & Bhubaneswar. The rates shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, Inspection Charges, Insurance Charges, packing & forwarding charges, cost of transportation-handing- loading-unloading-stacking at consignees’ store sites, etc. (excluding GST) all complete. The rates to be quoted shall remain firm and fixed till the date of completion of supply. (Cost of rubber gaskets shall be inclusive in the cost of pipes of different diameters.)

Supply of restrain joint DI K9 Pipes confirming to IS 8329 (restraine joints are designed and tested as per ISO 10804) (to be used to for minimum required length as per design along with d restrain DI fittings to avoid concrete thrust block at bends) including rubber gaskets confirming to IS 5382 -1985/8329-2000 with latest amendments and locking bars & rubber spacers , conveying to work site, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line, level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations, cutting of pipes wherever necessary, jointing with DI specials (excluding cost of specials) and rubber gaskets, cleaning the socket and spigot end with soap solution, applying soft soap to the socket and spigot ends before insertion of rubber gaskets, jacking and fixing in perfect conditions etc. The cost includes soap solution, soft soap, waste etc. and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS with all lead and lifts and cost of all jointing materials etc complete but excluding taxes.
