Material and labour for main header with MS pipe 450 mm dia, flanged at both ends and cover with ends plates by nut and bolts Heavy grade with all fittings such as bends, MS flange rubber gasket, nuts, bolts with twin washer including cutting/ welding etc., having opening 300 mm - 5Nos, 250 mm - 1No, 200 mm - 3Nos, 150 mm - 2Nos, 100 mm - 1 No each welded to one end to the 450 mm MS pipe and flanged at other end with respect to their size including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, insertion sheet packing & painting the pipe with two coats of synthetic enameld paint over a coat of anti- corresive primer including fixing the complete unit on PCC / Brick platform complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M & L for preparing old surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for servicing of LT panels of any size by cleaning the panel, bus bar chamber with CTC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing hinges, necessary nut and bolts, washers and made it completely functional for open/ close including painting of panel by spraying with two coats of epoxy based paint over a coat of red oxide primer, after cleaning of rusty panel surface both inside/ outside by emery paper and necessary preparation of smooth surface suitable for painting and including checking of incoming and outgoing connections, Re-fixing of existing ACBs & MCCBs, testing & commissioning, connected PCC & frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring with suitable size of FRLS copper cable but not less than 1.5 Sqmm, replacing of various unserviceable ON/ OFF switches, lugs etc making the panel fully functional Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling of motor of 250 HP capacity pumpset from installed position after disconnecting the coupling and electrical connections, transporting the motor to the work shop, strip opening of the motor complete incl dismanlting stator, rotor assembly, cleaning the assemblies by taking out perished glass sleeve of connecting leads from common termination to terminal block, washing with carbon tetra chloride, decarbonising and cleaning the rotor with CTC solution, replacing the glass sleeve of connecting leads from common termination to terminal block, binding the loose coils with binding cloth, varnishing the coils, applyng bectol on the excitor coils, stator coils and heating, reassembling the unit, testing with megger for insualtion value and re-assembling, aligning with pump, re-inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, reconnecting the electric cable etc and check for drawing current testing, commissioning etc all as directed.

Supply and replace CPVC pipe 40 mm dia with all fittings and fixtures laid in trenches / on walls / under floor / road complete all as specified and directed.
