Biennial Maintenance Contract for Pest Control and Rodent Control Activities at STPS Plant premises

Engagement of 02 nos. Non-agreemental workers, for spraying pesticides (Deltamethrin flow inside the building, Diflubenzuron outer periphery drain and W.C. pan inside the building) for mosquito and different harmful insect control, applying Snake repellent as necessary, Fogging, destruction of gnats and honey bee with suitable chemical application with appropriate PPE, placing rat trap pad at different areas and regular monitoring of the same etc. within STPS Plant as per direction of EIC (Details scope enclosed). NOTE:Wage estimate considered w.e.f. 01.01.2026. Please see NIT for details.

Supply of Deltamethrin based chemical [K-Othrine of Bayer/Envu make or similar] at Plant Civil store. Phasewise supply as per requirement will be taken. Test certificate and other necessary documents are to be submitted at the time of supply.

Supply of Diflubenzuron based chemical [Bi-Larv 25 WP of Bayer/Envu make or similar] at Plant Civil store. Phasewise supply as per requirement will be taken. Test certificate and other necessary documents are to be submitted at the time of supply

Supplying of Pyrethrum Extract 2%. Test certificate and other necessary documents are to be submitted at the time of supply.

Fogging for outdoor by Gokilaht/pytheraum with the help of two nos. hand fogger machines covering areas on bothsides of plant roads as per direction of EIC to decrease/eradicate mosquito and other insect all over the plant premises including necessary disel .

Supply of Rat Trap/Glue Trap [Size - 335 mm X 108 mm or equivalent]

Supply of pestcides/chemicals of different kinds related to snake repellent [Like Dr. Suibio Organic Snake Repellent or similar] or other service not covered under above scheduleas required for execution shall be supplied by the agency at actual with a FIXED EXPENDITURE LIMIT of Rs. 50,000/- only for two (02) years period. Supply of such materials shall be done at actual basis . The materials shall be supplied as per requirement of department as and when required basis. Supply of materials have to be completed within 07 days from the date of instruction and payment to be made at actual after supply of materials and submission of proper bills, Challan etc duly signed by agency. [Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.7 as the amount Rs.50,000/- will be added in the total amount 'at par']

Cost of premium towards Employees Compensation Policy and GPA EXPENDITURE LIMIT for Cost of premium towards Employees Compensation Policy and GPA is Rs. 680/- (exclusive of GST) for 02 years period. NOTE: There will be no overhead/profit applicable for these item. Payment against these items shall be made with submission of supporting documents [Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.8 of the BOQ as the amount Rs. 680/- - will be added in the total amount 'at par']
