Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete of type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover for drain set in cement mortar (1:4) Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS Framed work by fabrication such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spike, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, waik ways railing framed of watertanks etc including portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe-290, Gde- E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS purpose made but hinges conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 suitable for fixing to stone/concrete, door and window frames including fabrication work etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces al as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Taking out soil settled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass, small bushes, shrubs etc and removingthe excavated materials to a distance exc 50m but n.exc. 100m and deposited were directed.

M&L excavation in post holes or similar holes each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering and well ramming, removing suplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good the surface

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S&F chain link fencing plastic coated MS wire made out of 3.5mm outer dia, of size 75 mm x 75 mm, including straining bolts etc. including provn of binding wire or with nuts/bolts complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC. Make:- Tata or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F Rolled MS iron work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar works conforming of Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm dia and over round bars cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending,spirally for horizontal bars in chain link fencing, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvanised medium coated 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spaing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (eah line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling existing unserviceable corroded barbed wire.

Dismantling chainlink fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.
