Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of Old or New surface brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and Material and labour for non skid designer and concept ceramic tiles (300x300) coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and includin screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description i.e column, beams, slab, chajja, kitchen shelves etc and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of manholes, mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 50 mm thick as in sub base surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thickness machine pressed Precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking pavers block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of any description and in any position , of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres and Supply and fixing Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Removing exiting water proofing treatment and expose top surface of RCC slab and clean the roof surface with water and using wire brush Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plaster 20 mm thick in one layer CM(1:4) on concrete surface over roof slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including application of cement slurry @3kg/sqm after cleaning,sweeping the old RCC slab to remove dust before application of plaster Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to roof slab by applying one coat of bituminous/ polymrised primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.30 ltr /Sqm and laying actetic polypropylene (APP) Modified membrane pre-fabricated reinforced with non woven plyeser of 3.50 Kg/ Sqm ( minimum) 3 mm thick mimium with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minimum 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over APP mebrane etc complete all as specified and as direced.

Material and labour for factory made precast Machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M -15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set joined and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs in repair with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surface to math with existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed . Sizes shall be as under :- Lenght (L) Not less than 300 mm , Height (H) 300 mm to 350 mm , thikness (T) 100 mm to 150 mm and radius (R) 75 mm Complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
