GENERAL-TENT ASOKAM-ESTIMATE FOR THE COST OF RENOVATION OF TENT ASOKAM AT ANAPPADY UNDER SUNGAM RANGE DURING 2026-27-General Civil Work

6.38:Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete (AAC) blocks masonry 100 mm/ 125 mm thick with Grade- I AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 Kg/ cum conforming to IS: 2185 (Parts-3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

13.1.1:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

13.80:Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

13.43.1:Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer

13.60.1:Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

OD130452/2026-2027:Providing and applying exterior-grade UV-resistant weatherproof sealant at wall-to-frame junctions, including cleaning and preparation of surfaces, removal of loose material, application of suitable primer where required, filling and sealing of joints with approved sealant and proper tooling to form a continuous watertight and weather-resistant seal, complete with all materials, labour, tools and equipment as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

OD130455/2026-2027:Providing and fixing galvanized iron (GI) wire mesh reinforcement at junctions of masonry/block work with RCC/other dissimilar materials and at block-to-block junctions, including cutting, overlapping, positioning and securing the mesh with suitable GI nails, screws or binding wire, before plastering, to minimize cracking at junctions, complete with all materials, labour, tools and equipment as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
