Rewinding of exhaust fan 300mm to 450mm sweep AC 230 volts single phase with super enameled copper wire of appropriate size including packing insulating material, soldering, varnishing , assembling and testing complete all as specified.

M&L for Painting of exhaust fan 300 to 450 mm sweep AC 230 volts single phase complrtr with synthetic enameled white/grey/matching paint by spraying one coat including filling of cavities after cleaning all dust, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically the existing geyser of any description, any capacity and make/type and in any position for repair/replacement/painting/cleaning etc including disconnecting existing cold & hot water pipe connections, strip opening of geyser for descaling of tank, element, thermostate, inlet/outlet water pipe connection etc using suitable chemical/wire brush, brazing/soldering/welding of inner tanks for stopping any leakage, replacement of unserviceable parts reassembling the same after, repair/descaling, fixing in position incl, connecting inlet/outlet water pipe connection, electrical connections any testing of geyser complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecnting, dismantling and taking out the non functional Air Conditioner window type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2.0 TR capacity Single Phase 50 HZ, strip opening, coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line by and checking & retightening of all electrical connections. Replacement of minor part such as nut, bolts, screws, washers, fixing properly bracket housing of capacitors, relay incl replacment of unserviceable parts, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent powder solution, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective wiring & parts incl painting the bottom with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint, replacement of unserviceable and defective parts brazing reassembling and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The replacement of defective/nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for seperatly as` supply only' under appropriate item of Schedul A and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) The rate for above items are deemed to include for transpotation of AC to & from workshop as approved by Engr-in-Charge for necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bolts /washer/packing etc with new one. (iii) Charging of gas if required shall be measured and paid for separatly under appropriate item of schedule A however vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2) if any required is deemed to be included under the units rate quoted by the contractor for this item.

Taking down defective /unserviceable refrigarator (upto capacity 260 ltrs) compressor of make tecumseh/kirloskar/emerson , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuumed for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable Refrigrator (upto capacity 320 ltrs) compressor of make tecumseh/kirloskar/emerson , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuumed for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable Deep frizer (capacity upto 425 ltrs) compressor of make tecumseh/kirloskar/emerson , transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired compressor of same make in replacement of unserviceable compressor, transporting back to site, refixing including brazing work etc, pressure testing & establishing vacuumed for dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of water tap for water cooler of capacity 40 Ltrs / 150 Ltrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for checking the leakage by feeding dry Nitrogen to maintain adequate pressure in the system, plugging the leak and charging by charge refrigerant gas as per existing for water cooler, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(1) The contractor shall keep all items readily available at site, which is required for urgent repair works of appliances.

(3) Common miscellaneous material such as screws any type, nails, washers, insulation tapes, clamps, hooks, which are required for the work the cost of which is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

(4) All tools &tackles, plants, machineries, equipment and material to carry out the work at site which is to be decided by GE (A) Bhuj shall have to be provided by the contractor at his/ her own cost. Workshop shall be setup for rewinding/ repair of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall mounted fan, refrigerator, deep freezer & desert cooler. Rewinding machine should be installed in workshop with the latest configuration.

(7) The manpower shall be issued identity card after getting due verification. Uniform should be worn by the manpower having monogram of the firm.

(8) The skilled worker should be facilited with mobile phone to contact on urgent tasks & their numbers should be displayed at various places and forwarded to administration.

(9) The contractor shall ensure safety of his workers and other at site of work and shall be responsible for any consequence arising out of execution of the repair and maintenance works.

(10) The contractor shall ensure that his repair/ maintenance staff is qualified and licensed for their part of work. He shall be responsible for their conduct. The contractor shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to employees’ state insurance corporates property.

(11) All repair and maintenance related complaints shall be attended within two hoursfailing, which a recovery of Rs 500/- per event per hour shall be made from the subsequence payment of the contractor.

(12) The date of repair, unit name & serial number shall be mentioned in neat sticker in the appliances after repair.

(13) Contractor is to collect the faulty appliances from units & return them after repair within a week. No separate charges shall be given for transportation.

(14) To carryout the serving of AC, refrigerator, deep freezer & water cooler, following T&P should be brought at site (service centre):-

(i) Drilling machine for making hole in wall.

(ii) Jet spray for cleaning of indoor and outdoor units.

(iii) Vacuum cleaner

(iv) Ref mechanic tools kit

(15) It is responsibility of contractor to clean the area after repairwork of appliances. Rates are deemed to be include in his quoted rates of respective items.

(16) The same nature of complaints in same location shall be counted as one complaint in internal electrification. Job card and complaint register for entry of complaints shall be provided at his/ her own cost.

(17) The contractor provide test certificate of material to be incorporated in the work.

(18) Any of contractor persons causes damage of equipment or property of Militart station, the contactor will be solely held responsible for the cost of consequences thereof.

(21) Contractor shall identify the real cause of burned winding of fan motor. Winding problems that are identified should be documented. Then, winding of fan motors shall be cut/ removed completely in presence of officials. Rewinding of same shall be carried out with proper copper gauge wire.

(20) Contractor shall carry out all test. The equipments shall conform to Indian standards.

(i While the compressor, of any machne is found burn the contactor will intimate the same to AGE EM ,AGE EM will intimate to GE alongwith PRB Book and takking approval for replacement.(ii) The replacement of Indoor unit of Split type AC of any size shall be carried out with approval of Accepting officer.
