M &L for preparation of decorated / undecorated surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjah of any description and at any position and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer in camoflage pattern, exterior grade, complete including complete removal of existing surface finish and necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work, as required all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old plastered or unplastered, surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per item No 2 but on ceiling all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, stopping nails holes and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood of any description not other wise described ,over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 CM width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting and widening existing cracks not exc 1cm in girth in 'V" shape in wall and then filling in CM 1:3 including making good to facings complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including complete treatment if any all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coat (10+5mm) cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 in base coat and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water profing compund (3% by weight) complete all as directed by Engr-in -charge (WPC will be measured and paid separatly.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 , finished the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:4 , finish the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as per specified and directed

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as speified

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash all as specified and as directed

M&L for removing old PVC/cast iron floor trap including wall crossing pipe and fixing with new outlet 75mm PVC(SWR) floor trap with stainless steel grating and new wall crossing and filling with PCC(1:2:4) mixed with water proofing compound including matching with existing tiles and jointed with outer pipe with solution and connected to near manhole in ground floor all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down PVC pipes including all fittings like shoes, bends, swan necks etc of any dia all as specified and directed.

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 20mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection/paving complete all as specified and directed.
