Construction of Newly Libarary Block at Government Degree College Sopore ( Phase _Ist)

STRUCTURAL WORK:Clreance of site by way of removing garbage humps extracting of humps by mechanical/manual means including removal of same from site to outside Municipal limits with roots making site workable for laying of layout for proposed building.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by Manual/mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by site Engineer incld.cutting of trees, removal of tree stumps and dewatering of trenches during execution of work..

Supply and filling of stone soling in foundation trenches tightly hand packed with hand ramming, dressing ,watering incld. carriage of material from source to site of work complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified grade concrete mix, diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc. all complete including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads(Length of pile for payment Shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) By percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete. 450 mm dia piles in M30 grade.

Chipping of RCC Pile Heads by way of Chiseling/Through Cutter etc upto Cut of level by manual means-M30 piles upto 0.9 m

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete, including all carriages.

Supplying and filling GSB including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete, including all carriages.

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor pile method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer-in Charge.Single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity. Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the safe capacity).
