Sch A - Part - I REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF GARDEN LIGHTS, SOLAR LIGHTS, AEEA LIGHTS AND ASSOCIATED MISC WORKS AT OFFICERS ACCN, MAIN GATE AREA & PM MARG AT NABAGRAM MILITARY STATION

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation laying of cables ,etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/lose soil complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (a) Taking oput of Brick & Cable in trenches will be measured & paid separately. Payment shall be maid after deduction of volume of cable & Brick. (b) Total Qty : 101.25 (Part-I) + 81.00 (Part-II) = 182.25]

Returning, filling in including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil under floor complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Total Qty : 60.74 (Part-I) + 12.37 (Part-II) = 73.11]

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Total Qty : 40.51 (Part-I) + 0.22 (Part-II) = 40.73]

M&L sand cushioing with clean, dry, dirtless river sand for cable protection with two layer of 15 cm & 8 cm (Total 23 cm) & then punned down upto 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (a) Payment shall be maid only for punned thickness actually measured at site (b) Total Qty : 40.51 (Part-I) + 12.15 (Part-II) = 52.66]

Laying only serviceable bricks for protection of cable including taking out old serviceable bricks obtained from the trenches found during excavation of earthwork for LT cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying common fly ash building sub class B old size bricks, laid in right angle over the cable including taking out old serviceable bricks from the trenches obtained during excavation of earthwork of LT cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy and laying in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core including taking out old unserviceable existing cables, complete all as specified and directed. [Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Excavation, PCC Cover, Sand and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule.]

Suppy and laying in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core including taking out old unserviceable existing cables complete all as specified and directed. [Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Excavation, PCC Cover, Sand and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule.]

Relaying of existing LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with steel strip of wire, with stranded aluminium conductor of 10 Sqmm 2 core to 16 Sqm 4 Core including taking out old unserviceable existing cables complete all as specified and directed. [Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Excavation, PCC Cover, Sand and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule.]

S&F in repairs digital time switch timeline distrubution board 32A, 3 pole, 230 volts rated upto 2500 A, CPRI tested upto 60kA, weatherproof enclosed, shrouded complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement landscape lighting, energy efficient, environmently friendly, long life aesthetically designed LED garden light with pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser, IP-66 protection, high output LED 10 W as light source with FRP junction box for connection of light complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement energy efficient, environmently friendly, long life aesthetically designed LED Decorative Post top for 360° indirect light with IP 65 protection.Resistant to impact and corrosion. Glare-free and better uniformity. LED 40 W, 220-240 V AC as light source complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated, aluminium armoured conductor, twin core cable flat or circular of size 6.0 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in copping/collar of garden light poles and foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 Kgf/ Sq cm, 25 mm bore, including of all tee, bends, elbows etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of bituminous/Plain Cement Concrete/Pavement Quality Concrete road for laying of pipe line not exceeding 1.5 m depth/ width including making good to disturbed portion to match with the existing road / path with PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs straight through joint, heat shrinkable type suitable for 1.1 kV LT under ground cable of size 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm, 2/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace aluminium lugs suitable for 10 Sqmm LT UG XLPE aluminium conductor Cable including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Ser No 1.18 above but for 16 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HOT moulded (FRP) junction box for street light pole with locking arrangementt with IP -65 protection of size 150x150x50 with 32 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 10 Amps MCB SP with two steel bracket to fix with pole and aluminium bus bar of rating 100Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Sch A - Part - II PERIODICAL MAINT OF HT TRANFORMER, VCB AND HT CABLE RELATED WORKED INCLUDING PAINTING OF HT EQUIPMENTS AT NABAGRAM MILITARY STATION

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid perpendicular to cable length in trench air gap should not more than 5mm to each other after sand cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out faulty underground 11000 Volt HT cable of 95sqmm X 3 core sizes by excavation and removing Cable cover and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new PCC cable covers as required complete all as specified and directed. [Note: (a) 11000 Volt HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule if required. (b) Excavation, PCC Cover and Sand work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.]

S&F the HT Cable route indicator made by PCC block well finished and marking of letter "DANGER HT 11KV", size 50mm thick x 140mm width, 75cm long & 15cm grouted in ground with 1:3:6 PCC foundation below the ground level and 60cm of marker will be elevated on ground the embossed letters of "DANGER HT 11 KV" will be painted with post office red colour and with black colour background and all as specified and directed.

S&F outdoor type heat shrinkable end termination cable joint kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F straight through heat shrinkable cable joint kit including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm cable of 11000 Volt grade all as per manufactuer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Tracing out the HT UG cable fault, by pin point with cable fault locating machine mounted vahicle including all T&P, machinery, mechanic/ electrician/ technician etc. expenditure to rectify the fault within 08 hrs to restore the supply of HT 11 KV feeder at NMS complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) The fault will be measured one unit by charging of one HT cable. (ii) Multiple faults at same cable will be measured single fault. (iii) HT Cable joints will be measured and paid seperately. (iv) Earth work will be paid under relevent item of Schedule. (v) Delay beyond 08 hrs will be recovered Rs-1000/- per hour from work done amount.]

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and connecting in replacement of XLPE insulated PVC outer seathed and (earthed) PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductors, 11 KV(E) grade and conforming to IS : 7098 and, of size 95 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Earth work, protection pipe and Cable Joints etc shall be measured and paid separately.]

S&F cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holes for bolt. In any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint and all as specified and directed.

M&L Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round square and flat) including nuts,bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for strip opening of distribution transformer 250 KVA & physical joint inspection of core coil assembly (removing all 3 limb HV & LV winding from core assembly) , washing of core assembly hot oil for removing burnt carbon & copper particles & cleaning of complete top yoke by oil , reassembly of complete core assembly & core coil assembly rewinding with new coils and new tap leads of OLTC, re-taning, tightening of top cover , fixing of HV and LV bushing, OLTC overhauling, Filling of New oil, conservator tank and Drying/Ovening of complete CCA in vaccum Chamber & continues monitoring for Improvement of IR Value complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers of different sizes and gasket from top cover of 4.0mm/6.0mm (ii) HT/LT leg coils, HV/LV Bushing including brass spindle and transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule. (iii) Contractor shall submit one year guarantee after date of commissioning/servicing of the transformer.]

M&L as in repairs switches air break 11000 volt , gang operated, triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps incl dismantling old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F transformer bushing on LT 433 volt side including brass spindle/rods duly threded at the end complete with gasket nut bolts and washer suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer capacity upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F transformer bushing on HT 433 volt side including brass spindle/rods duly threded at the end complete with gasket nut bolts and washer suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer capacity upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric indoor/outdoor transformer 11 KV capacity 250 KVA from HT/LT terminals or 11 KV VCB/RMU and lifting by hydra for any location to another location at Nabagram Military Station including loading / unloading and reinstallation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to HT Two pole structure with cross arm ,support arm complete with one coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Contractor shall be taken proper 11 KV shut down and do the work in presence of 11 KV licence holder Electrician.]

M&L for painting to HT Four pole structure with cross arm ,support arm complete with one coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Contractor shall be taken proper 11 KV shut down and do the work in presence of 11 KV licecnse holder Electrician.]

Cleaning, scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & M&L for painting of transformer complete with two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamelled gray paint (first grade) by spray painting machine on transformer & Making SM NO on surface of transformer of capacity 250 KVA outdoor / Indoor type fixed on poles or in Sub Station at different location complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the defective air breathers from the transformers, supply and fix new breathers suitable for step down distribution transformers of any make and capacity 250 KVA including filling of new silica gel in breathers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up transformer oil conforming to IS: 335(1993), dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in various capacities distribution transformers installed at various indoor and outdoor sub stations complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Payment shall be made after production of original purchase voucher & test report of Di-elastic strength]

Dehydration of transformer oil of various capacities distribution transformers installed at various indoor and outdoor substations with ultra high vacuum filtration machine to obtain the dielectric strength of 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Payment shall be made after production of original purchase voucher & test report of Di-elastic strength]

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 X 60 X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level with top of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level,earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal,dust & common salt filling in alternate layer and electrode connection by using galvanised iron strip 32X6mm as eatrhing lead(up to the test point) by means of boltts nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI tubing 40 mm bore ,GI pipe connected upto test point and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel,wire mash,RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3: 6) type C II using 40mm graded stone aggregate,including excavation and earth work in any type of soil,returning,filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR-1991(Part-1) and testing of resistances, complete all as specified and directed.
