Maintenance / servicing of VCB / RMU 11 KV, 400/ 630 /1200 Amps including removal of VCB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contacts, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, etc. refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/motorize operation of VCB, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out by authorized technician of OEM. (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished. (iii) Calibration of relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB upto 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earth fault relay including connection with power pack. (iv) Opening out the trolly checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically including checking of TNC switch

Taking down carefully Transformer of 160/250 KVA and above capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth/ base, disconnecting HT & LT side connections, earthing strip of transformer, supporting angles, cross arm, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to the workshop opening the top cover of the transformer, bushing, draining of oil from the transformer, lifting the core complete taking out defective coils from the core, cleaning the tank and reassembling the transformer after carrying out the repairs/replacement of worn out part, ovening the complete unit till to get desired megger value, transporting returning back to the site installing re-commissioning and testing of the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthings, supports / cross arms etc all as directed by EIC Note :- Spares, Rewinding of transformer,reinsulating & heating if required will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch'A' items

Supply & Fix in repair top cover gasket made up of 5 mm thick cork sheet.

Supply & Fix in repair HT bushing, porcelain vitreous brown body 1100 V grade as per IS 3347.

M & L for rewinding old / burnt out HT/LT coils by super enamelled copper winding wire / strips of appropriate size of super quality (as per existing material & size of transformer coils) including, insulating, varnishing, heating, keeping coils in position, etc for transformer up to 500 KVA.

M & L for re-insulation of heated / weak LV coils of transformer by super quality insulating materials, heating, varnishing , etc complete to improve IR value etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing, in replacement XLPE cable, Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing, in replacement XLPE cable, Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing, in replacement XLPE cable, Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm, 4 core , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing, in replacement XLPE cable, Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm, 2 core , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, pipes, RCC poles / stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming levelled bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supplying & laying in repair factory made of unreinforced Precast concrete cover of class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x40mm for protection for cable all as specified.

Dry sand filling in cable trenches for protection of cables with two layers below and above cable and punned down to speicified thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness shall only be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying in replacement synthetic rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

M&L for checking of transformer for any leakage and rectify the same by tightening of nut, bolt or replacing broken rubber gasket, drain plug etc. complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dehydration of transformer oil of transformers 11KV/433 Volt (03 Nos) of different capacities located at CGRA Naliya and ICGS Jakhau by dehydration machine and obtained dielectric strength should be more than 40 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for topping up of transformer oil having die electric strength not less than 45 KV(at 2.5 mm gap) high voltage as per IS specification of low viscosity complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make:- Powerlink/Power-oil/Savita

M&L in replacement of silica gel of transformer breather complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for repairs to existing out door LT panel, removing the unserviceable hinges from doors (1.6mm thick MS), grinding the welded portion, denting and levelling the door, welding suitable new hinges (Approx. 0.50 Kg) to doors including locking arrangement and one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of rubber paint as that of existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode in 60 cm x 60 cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to and including GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer light grade 40 mm dia GI protection pipe and connected to equipment, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering an including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC 1;2:4 type B-1 including Rocksalt, charcoal, excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil shown as plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and all as specified complete. M&L for servicing of self starter assembly of DG sets 24/12 volts of 82.5/62.5 KVA Gen set locate at CGRA Naliya by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling, cleaning all accessories, replacing worn-out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, contact plates, jumping levels etc and rewinding the u/s field coil and varnishing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement fuel pipe from tank to fuel filter with banjo bolts and nuts as per sample length and size to meet the requirement of site condition.

S&F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valve of size 50 mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valve of size 25mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

(Note:- During cleaning Anaerobic Zone of STP alternative for dispose off raw sewage will be made by contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in this item)

M&L for draining out complete mud and sludge from sedimentation zone of 80 KLD STP by using non clogging pumps and manually appx depth of vessel is 6.5 mtr from GL & removed silt /mud sludge etc to be dispose off away from the CGRA campus premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Dismantling and Taking up unserviceable Non clog horizontal type sewage submersible pump , Capacity 3 HP, from 6m deep tank and rewinding , replacement of bearings/bushes and reassemble and fixing at original position making mechanical and electrical connection and testing incl transportation charges from STP to workshop and back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling and Taking up unserviceable horizontal type submersible pump , Capacity 7.5 HP, from 6 mtr deep treated water tank of STP and rewinding, replacement of bearings/bushes and reassemble and fixing at original position making mechanical and electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in replacement V-belt of air blower of 80 MLD STP complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of treated water sample by testing of all parameters such as Organics ,Solids, Nutrients etc from Authorized Govt Lab incl transportation charges from STP at CGRA Naliya to Lab complete all as specified and directed. Test report shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and Taking up unserviceable sludge pump of capacity 1 HP, from STP and rewinding incl replacement of bearings/bushes and reassemble and fixing at original position making mechanical and electrical connection and testing incl transportation charges from STP to workshop and back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
