Excavation in Pipe Line Trenches: Excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand) for foundation including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M filling waterring and ramming of Excavated the earth in to the trenches or into the sides between foundation trenches or in to the plinth (75% of Total Quantity)

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : 18.33.1 With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. CWR of following capacities ( in kiloliters ) with M.S. ladder outside the tank and alluminium ladder inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator,supply and fixiing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. M.H. cover, ventilator column etc. complete with approved water proofing (apex) / enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2.

Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately (Considering 5%)

Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceding 25 mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork and laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications.
