Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing off rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete using Type B1 1 : 2 : 4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1 : 4 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item no 7 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders/tempreture bar etc including other works complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed .

M & L for Mild steel angle, flat work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified & directed .

Supply only, PVC Coated chain link fencing having wire outer dia 5mm and wire mesh size of 50mm x 50mm complete all as specicfied and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incliding fline wires, any mesh , size and type fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., incliding provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply only chain link fencing and line wire will be measeured and paid separetly.)

S & F of 10 mm dia MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other or screwed both ends ,each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt & n.exc 5 cm long complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply only Mild Steel round Bar 10 mm dia Grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) to be fixed as line wires in Chain Link Fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or grith and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven ,single phase motor of suitable size with ISI marked, having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour (or nearest size).Plastic/PVC Body Honeycomb Cooling Pads specially processed anti-bacterial, anti-erosion, antideformation with hydrophilic property; absorb remainder dust particles, auto swing grill, Tank Capacity not less than 55 Ltrs, completely Collapsible Louvers,water circulating pump of suitable size , including rolling arrangement on wheels for moving purpose. Rated power not less than 160W, volt rating 220-240 volts complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Havells/Symphony/Crompton)

Supply & fix ceilign fan complete with three blade, down rod, electronic type regulator and accessories 230 V,1200 mm sweep. BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase 230/ 240 volt of size 300 mm sweep with blades, frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase 230/ 240 volt of size 450 mm sweep with blades, frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring of one socket outlet 5 pin, 5/6 Amp on independent board using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including PVC casing caping with suitable modular box for fixing of modular switches, sockets etc including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following (Note:- Modular switch and socket shall be measured and paid separately.)
