Routine maintenance of all plant components including periodic scanning / testing. 4. Cleaning of solar PV modules as per technical specifications. (Refer Clause No. 5 of TSC) 5. Vegetation control and grass cutting, as per technical specifications. (Refer Clause No. 5 and 6 of TSC) 6. Replacement of any spare components including labour, consumables, etc., as per requirements (Refer Clause No. 1.2 of TSC) 7. Any other activities as per tender conditions and also for maximising energy generation by maintaining high Performance Ratios. The rate has to be quoted on a per month basis for each year, commencing from the date of handing over of the plants for 2 (two) years.
