M&L for servicing of 500 LPH RO plant installed at ICGS Jakhau Station & CGRA Naliya as per manufacturer's instruction and to carry out desire results of output water as per IS 10500 : 2012 including dismantling of filter cartridge and membrane and removing of blockage in pipes and making leakproof connections after rectifications of any type of defects in filtration and refixing the same system complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Spare parts found unserviceable/defective will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (b) Labour charges for refixing/ replacing unserviceable items are deemed to be included in unit rate of above item. (c) Servicing of RO plant may be more than one time as per requirement but shall be paid only for one time during the entire period of contract and rate are deemed to be included in unit rate of above item. Only accessories will be paid as per actual in concerned item

M &L for de-watering the over head water reservoir of capacity 160KL , 18 mtr height, and cleaning the internal surfaces of sump to remove scales, mud and other foreign material applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc, writing black capital letter "cleaned on (date) & due date", letters height not less than 5 Cm including removal of honey bees from outer surface of over head reservoir at any height complete & all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Labour charges for removal of honey bees shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Removal of honey bees shall be done very carefully and department shall not be responsible for any type of negligence.

M &L for de-watering the existing semi UG Sump of capacity 180 KL and cleaning the internal surfaces of sump to remove scales, mud and other foreign material applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc., writing black capital letter "cleaned on (date) & due date", letters height not less than 5 Cm complete & all as directed

M & L for Cleaning of PVC water tank of capacity 5000 litres using bleaching powder, scrubbing of inner surface of tanks by means of wire brush for removing all scale formed and other foreign particles and washing completely all as directed including cleaning of inlet & outlet pipe easing of ball valves and refixing of lid etc, writing the cleaning date on tank with synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as directed

M&L for servicing the monoblock pump set, single phase, 1 HP by in and including replacing new bearings, greasing, MS steel/bolt of pump in all respect for smooth functioning etc all as directed.

M&L for Dismantling and taking out submersible pump set for any capacity from UG Sump or STP tank for repair or for finding of any type of fault, such as cable fault / leakage of pipe etc. and refixing in original position after repairing and lowering in the UG Sump, with replacement of damaged gasket and nut bolts etc including testing of submersible pump set etc complete all as directed. Note:- Rewinding shall be measured and paid under separate item.

M&L for Opening of 7.5 HP motor and pump and reassembling the complete pump after replacement existing burnt out winding wire with super enamelled copper conductor insulating winding wire, gauge and the turns of wire is as per the manufacture's specification of existing pump including transportation to work shop and back reinstalling, testing etc.

M&L for Opening of 6 HP submersible motor and pump and reassembling the complete pump after replacement existing burnt out winding wire with super enamelled copper conductor insulating winding wire, gauge and the turns of wire is as per the manufacture's specification of existing pump including transportation to work shop and back reinstalling, testing etc.

Note:- Rewinding/repairing charges shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for drain out the diesel from the diesel tank thoroughly to clean the dirt/sedimentation in the tank ,refilling the diesel to the tank and writing DOC in white colour letters on gen set canopy complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge :- Note: (i) Container for drain out and refilling of DHPP to be provided by the contractor .

M&L for servicing of self starter assembly of DG sets 24/12 volts of 125 /100 KVA Gen set locate at ICGS Jakhau by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling, cleaning all accessories, replacing worn-out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, contact plates, jumping levels etc and rewinding the u/s field coil and varnishing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of self starter assembly of DG sets 24/12 volts of 82.5/62.5 KVA Gen set locate at CGRA Naliya by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling, cleaning all accessories, replacing worn-out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, contact plates, jumping levels etc and rewinding the u/s field coil and varnishing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement fuel pipe from tank to fuel filter with banjo bolts and nuts as per sample length and size to meet the requirement of site condition.

M&L for cleaning and descaling of 62.5 to 125 KVA radiator assembly by using suitable chemical and blower fan ,injecting water with high pressure in water tubings so as to remove all dirt in the fins, taking down the copper bottom portion of tank for welding / brazing and refit the same after replacing the unserviceable and damaged fins, tank cap, rubber bush and refix the same at the engine of DG sets complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

S&F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valve of size 50 mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valve of size 25mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement 20 mm dia ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out complete mud and sludge from Anaerobic Zone of 80 KLD STP by using non clogging pumps and manually appx depth of vessel is 6.5 mtr from GL & removed silt /mud sludge etc to be dispose off away from the CGRA campus premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- During cleaning Anaerobic Zone of STP alternative for dispose off raw sewage will be made by contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in this item)

M&L for draining out complete mud and sludge from sedimentation zone of 80 KLD STP by using non clogging pumps and manually appx depth of vessel is 6.5 mtr from GL & removed silt /mud sludge etc to be dispose off away from the CGRA campus premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for general servicing of air blower of capacity 5 HP at STP plant including replacement of lub oil as per existing grade and qty, greasing of grease point, replacement of air filter etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking up unserviceable Non clog horizontal type sewage submersible pump , Capacity 3 HP, from 6m deep tank and rewinding , replacement of bearings/bushes and reassemble and fixing at original position making mechanical and electrical connection and testing incl transportation charges from STP to workshop and back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling and Taking up unserviceable horizontal type submersible pump , Capacity 7.5 HP, from 6 mtr deep treated water tank of STP and rewinding, replacement of bearings/bushes and reassemble and fixing at original position making mechanical and electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in replacement V-belt of air blower of 80 MLD STP complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of treated water sample by testing of all parameters such as Organics ,Solids, Nutrients etc from Authorized Govt Lab incl transportation charges from STP at CGRA Naliya to Lab complete all as specified and directed. Test report shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Replacement of sand filter media as per manufacturer's recommendation of 80 KLD STP complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of media shall be done by authorised rep of OEM only.

Taking out exhausted Activated Carbon Filter media and supply and filling new Activated Carbon typically manufactured from coconut shell or charcoal, granular type suitable for Activated Carbon Media Filter of Sewage Treatment Plant. Media to be supplied duly packed in polythene bags all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of media shall be done by authorised rep of OEM only.

Dismantling and Taking up unserviceable sludge pump of capacity 1 HP, from STP and rewinding incl replacement of bearings/bushes and reassemble and fixing at original position making mechanical and electrical connection and testing incl transportation charges from STP to workshop and back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
