(i) Repair and refurbishment of existing runner for making good pittings by way of welding, grinding and machining as per approved standards of IS/IEC/OEM.
(ii) Checking of ovalty and bringing same to OEM parameters/tolerance.
(iii) Providing and fitting of new Upper rotating Labyrinth and new Bottom rotating Labyrinth. All clearances as per OEM parameters/standards.
(iv) Providing of High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Coating for refurbished runner as well as Labyrinths as per standards. The HP-HVOF coating thickness shall be minimum 200 microns. The Contractor shall provide requisite facilities to the JKPDC Inspector for measurement of HP-HVOF Coating thickness during the inspection.
(v) Supply of 12 No runner bolts as per sample.
