M&L for servicing of 500 LPH RO plant & Softener plant installed at ICGS Jakhau Station & CGRA Nailya as per manfacture company instruction and carrying out desired results of output water as per IS 10500 : 2012 including dismantling of filter cartage and membrane and removing of blockage in pipes and making leakproof connections after rectification of any type of defects in filteration and refixing the same system complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only spare parts found unserviceable/defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (a) The rate for refixing/ replacing unserviceable items are deemed to be included in unit rate of above item. (b) RO & Sofner plant servicing shall be on basis as and when defect occurs at site or directed by EIC throught the contract period and quoted rate are deemed to be included in unit rate of above item. Payment shall be made one time for one location/ unit of plant for entire period of contract for each RO and sofner plant. Spare parts/ Accessories shall be paid separately under respective items.

M &L for De-watering the existing 50000 Gallons capacity UG Sump and cleaning the internal surfaces of sump to remove scales, mud and other foreign material applying surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc, writing black capital letter "cleaned on (date) & due date", letters height not less than 5 Cm complete & all as directed

M&L for cleaning of PVC water tank of capacity 5000/10000 litrs using bleaching powder,scrubbing of inner surface of tanks by means of wire brush for removing all scale formed and other foreign particles and washing completely including writing the cleaning date on tank with synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as directed

M&L for Repair/Servcing the monoblock pump set, single phase, 2 HP and including replacing new bearings, greasing, MS steel/bolt of pump in all respect for smooth functioning etc all as directed.

M&L for taking out submersible pump set for any capacity from UG Sump for repairs or for finding of any type of fault, such as cable fault / leakage of pipe etc. and refixing in original position after repairing in the UG Sump, with replacement of damaged gasket and nut bolts etc including testing of submercible pump set etc complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling of 7.5 HP submersible motor and pump and reassembling the complete pump after replacement existing burnt out copper winding wire with super enamelled copper conductor insulating winding wire of existing guage and the turns of wire shall be as per the manufacture's specification of existing pump including transportation to work shop and back reinstalling, testing etc. complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for dismantling of 5 HP submersible motor and pump and reassembling the complete pump after replacement existing burnt out copper winding wire with super enamelled copper conductor insulating winding wire of existing guage and the turns of wire shall be as per the manufacture's specification of existing pump including transportation to work shop and back reinstalling, testing etc. complete all as directed by EIC.

S&F in replacement of bearings of motor of capacity 5HP/7.5HP complete all as directed by EIC.

S&F in replacement of bush of motor of capacity 5HP/7.5HP complete all as directed by EIC.

(Note: Cost of CT joint / lead joint/clamps is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer.)

M&L for servicing of self starter assembly of DG sets 24/12 volts of 125 /100 KVA Gen set locate at ICGS Jakhau by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling, cleaning all accessories, replacing worn-out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, contact plates, jumping levels etc and rewinding the u/s field coil and varnishing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of self starter assembly of DG sets 24/12 volts of 82.5/62.5 KVA Gen set locate at CGRA Naliya by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling, cleaning all accessories, replacing worn-out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, contact plates, jumping levels etc and rewinding the u/s field coil and varnishing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement fuel pipe from tank to fuel filter with bunjo bolts and nuts as per existing length and size to meet the requirement of site condition.

M& L for Painting trolly of 30 KVA DG set by removing of old paint make the surface smooth for repainting, painting of trolly by two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and writing SM/MES No. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Painting trolly of 62.5 KVA DG set by removing of old paint make the surface smooth for repainting, painting of trolly by two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and writing SM/MES No. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning and descaling of 62.5 to 125 KVA radiator assembly by using suitable chemical and blower fan ,injecting water with high pressure in water tubings so as to remove all dirts in the fins, taking down the copper bottom portion of tank for welding / brazing and refit the same after replacing the unserviceable and damaged fins, tank cap, rubber bush and refix the same at the engine of DG sets complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable battery for DG set 12 volt ,90 AH maintenance free with 2 yr warantty as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valve of size 50mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valve of size 25mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement 20 mm dia ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out complete mud and sludge of Anaerobic Zone of 80 KLD STP by using non clogging pumps and manually appx depth of vessel is 6.5 mtr from GL & removing silt /mud sludge etc to be dispose off away from the CGRA campus premises complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. (Note:- During cleaning Anaerobic Zone of STP arrangement for dispose off raw sewage will be made by contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in this item)

M&L for draining out complete mud and sludge of Sendimintation Zone of 80 KLD STP by using non clogging pumps and manually appx depth of vessel is 6.5 mtr from GL & removed silt /mud sludge etc to be dispose off away from the CGRA campus premises complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge .

M&L for general overhauling/servicing of Air blower 5 HP of 80 KLD STP including replacement of lub oil as per existing grade and quality and quantity with greasing of grease point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting and Taking up unserviceable Non clog horizontal type sewage submersible pump , Capacity 6 HP, from 6m deep tank for rewinding & replacement of bearings/bushes and reassemble and refixing at original position making mechanical and electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
