REPAIRS TO PATH, DRAIN, FENCING, BOUNDARY PILLAR, COMPOUND WALL, HARDSTANDING AND CERTAIN OTHE MISC WORKS UNDER AGE B/R-I (A) AT MIL STN BHUJ

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron, fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated Chain link fencing of mesh size 75x75mm , diameter of GI wire 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of steel and providing 2 coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer n.exc 10cm in girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooking endss and binding with MS wire 0.9 mm dia annealed all as specified confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, ach screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L galvenised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down barbed wire any specification complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down cement plaster on brick walls incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, finished even & smooth without unsing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing old kerb stones and M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerd stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 300mm, Height (H) 300mm to 350mm, Thickness (T) 100mm and radius (R) 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete louvers/jallies,jafri wall of 35mm thick measured solid including moulding and fixing of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of kerb stones and applying one coat of Enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly placed kerb stones and applying two coats of Enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifiacally provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Form work to sides of pillers, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix M-25) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking,bending,spirally for hooping and binding with and including mild steel wire anealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, Gates etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and ornamental and intricate design conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Jet Black Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking plateform, Jambs cill and like set in cement mortar (1:4) inlcuding pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite including rounding of exposed edges of slab smoothly and polished complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of old surface of wall and applying one coat of acrylic weather proof paint (Exterior grade) Complete as all specified and directed.

M & L for New surface of walls and applying two coat of acrylic weather proof paint (Exterior grade) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M& L of Preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of Terracota Paint on Floor and Wall / Roof Surfaces complete as all specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Durastone / Endura heavy duty vitrified tiles not less than 12mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.16 sqm, in in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mmx 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as directed.

M& L 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I , in shape or shap and designe as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having crushing strength not less than 300 Kg / Sqcm and conforming to IS specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I , in shape or shap and designe as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having crushing strength not less than 300 Kg / Sqcm and conforming to IS specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including filling the joints with sand as in floors/ paths including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre Stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 Grade) colum of size 150mm x 150 mm and 2.44 Meter Height with contineous vertical groove of size 60mm x 35 mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels, Inclucing reinforced with 7 Nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel, surfaces finsihed even and smooth including in postion all as specifed and as directed.

M & L Pre Stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 Grade) Panels of 1800 mm x 300 mm size and 45 mm thick, reinforced with 4 nos wires of 3mm dia high tensile carbonized steel, including fixing in position in between column grooves and jointing and flush pointing of all horizontal and vertical joints of pannels with cement mortar 1:3 complete al as specfied and as directed.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
