Design of Central Air Conditioning (HVAC)System for areas to be air conditioned and scope of HVAC along with location is as under:- Capacity Location (a) 30 TR P1 Bldg Second floor - Qty - 01 (b) 40 TR Satcom Bldg - Qty - 01 (c) 50 TR Environmental Lab - Qty - 01 (d) 70 TR P1 Bldg Ground + First floor - Qty - 01 The following inside conditions will be considered as per the scope of work:- (e) Dry Bulb Temperature. (f) Relative Humidity. (g) Occupancy State (Max & Min figures) active & very active person - as per scope of work. (h) If recirculation is permitted, No of air charges per hour to be specified - as per scope of work. (j) Total equipment load in KW inside the A/C Space - as per scope of work. (k) Size of dust particles permissible inside - as per scope of work. (l) Acceptable noise level - < 50dB. (m) No of hours the A/C Plant is required - 24 hrs per day for critical machine area. (n) Whether winter heating and humidification required - as per scope of work. (o) Chiller water required for liquid Nitrogen at 14 degree celsius & 3 m3/hr for rest of the area as per office hours. Outside conditions have to be considered based on local meteorological conditions & NBC 2016 norms. Designs shall meet relevant code requirements as per IS/NBC 2016/ECBC. Individual room wise temperature control, building management systems, automatic humidity & PLC control systems alongwith provision of heat pipes for energy conservator will be considered for incorporation in design. Environment friendly refrigerants will only be considered. Site Plan and Appx 'A' will be provided by GE.
Note:- 1. Rates are inclusive of prevetting of AC plans/drgs from users/HQ CE R&D Delhi. 2. Vetting of AC design from IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College is inclusive of quoted rate. 3. Rates are inclusive of all the design & drgs site/office visits by the consultation order to finalise. 4. Hard copy of site plan if required shall be provided by the GE. Quoted Rates will be inclusive of development of pans & HVAC design on AUTO CAD. 5. Design details included in scope of work are indicative in nature. Final data for incorporation in HVAC design shall be done in consultation with user and GE.
