DNA isolation from fungal culture from 50 samples 2. Total DNA QC 3. Cluster amplification. 4. Sample run on NGS sequencer (illumine Novaseq6000) 5. Total DNA libraries should be sequenced to deliver at least 100 million reads (15GB)/sample Lib Type, both PE150 and Mate paired 2KB 6. Up to 90% of the sequenced bases should be of Q30 valve. 7. Sequenced data with FASTQ files should be uploaded on the FTP server for download and review. 8. Data Analysis of Whole genome sequencing √ High quality reads (HQ data) √ Mapping of HQ reads on the reference genome √ Consensus sequence from mapping √ BAM file for mapping result visualization √ Variant calling √ Variant annotation √ SNP Calling annotations and statics 9. The vendor should provide a facility certificate to testify the possession of an in house illumine Novaseq6000 Platform explicitly in name of the Company (Novaseq Experience of minimum four years and more than 100 S4 flow cells running experience (it should not be in lease agreement or tie up/collaborative mode). 10. The complete scope of work should be done by the vendor within india. 11. The laboratory should be CAP/NABL/DSR accreditation 12. Onsite demonstration facility
