REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FAN EXHAUST FAN WALL FAN PEDESTRAL FAN GEYSERS AND SOLAR WATER HEATERS AT DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Spot checking of the serviceability of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall mounted fan, pedestal fan and ensure all accessories like split pin, fan hook, rubber insulator, clamps nut and bolt, capacitor, down rod etc and refixing the appliance after the checking/ servicing or replacement of accessories, as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The work shall be carried out in occupied quarters and the parts replaced will be measured under relevant items as suppy only. (ii) The work shall be carried on specific numbered docket issued by EIC/ JE and after checking of serviceability/ repair, contractor shall obtain the sign of the user and return the docket for payment action (iii) All tools and plants required for the work shall be arranged by contractor.

Spot checking of the serviceability of geyser of capacity 25/ 50 litres including dismantling of geyser if required, and ensure all accessories like heating element, thermostate, indicator lamp, PVC hot/ cold pipe connection, electrical connection and also checking of leakage in geyser and refixing after the checking/ servicing or replacement with new accessories as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The work shall be carried out in occupied quarters and the parts replaced will be measured under relevant items as 'suppy only'. (ii) The work shall be carried on specific numbered docket issued by EIC/ JE and after checking of serviceability/ repair, contractor shall obtain the sign of the user and return the docket for payment action (iii) All tools and plants required for the work shall be arranged by contractor.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall monted fan/ pedestal fan of any make and sweep, cleaning externally and internally and stripping out the fans, examine the unserviceable spares/ burnt winding by testing, cleaning and lubricating bush/ bearings etc. Refixing the fans in same position after necessary repairs/ servicing including carring out the replacement worn out parts, body covers, screws, spilt pins, nuts, condensor and flexible wire copper conducter from ceiling fan to ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The parts replaced will be measured under relevant item as 'supply only'. (ii) Burnt fans for which rewinding of coil is required shall only be operated under this item.

Removing defective winding and rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per manufacturer's design and instructions including insulating materials and varnishing of ceiling fans of of size 1200/ 1400mm sweap of any make and re-assembling and testing complete and refixing to the location including replacement of flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 04 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 300/ 380mm sweep.

All as per Item No. 04 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 400/ 450mm sweep.

All as per Item No. 04 here-in-before but pedestal/ air circulator fan of size 400/ 450mm sweep.

Supply only following spare parts of ceiling fan of 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep, exhaust/ wall mounted fans of different make required, as per the makes of existing fans as required at site or in winding shop complete all as specified and as directed:-

Rubber bush for shackle with bolt, nut and lock pin suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep.

PVC holder for condenser housing.

Split Pin.

Ball bearing of size No. 6201/ 6202/ 6203. Make:- SKF/ NBC as approved by GE.

Gun metal bush as per sample.

Supply only condenser (capacitor) 3.15/ 2.5 MFD, 440 Volts, AC, 50 Hz, as per IS : 1709 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- ASIAN/ CROMPTON/ Bajaj as approved by GE.

Supply only condenser 4 MFD, 440 Volts, AC, 50 Hz as per IS : 1709 suitable for exhaust fan 300/ 380/ 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only down rod of length appx (3 Feet) by removing and refixing of any type of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only down rod of length appx (2 Feet) by removing and refixing of any type of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only fan hook made out of MS flat/ round bar of suitable size with nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only the following new spare parts of geyser storage type of different make of capacity 25/ 50 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Apparatus assembly duly prewired without heating element and thermostat/ thermal cut out.

Indication lamp (Green/ Red) as per sample.

Thermostat/ Thermal cut out as per sample.

Heating element 1.5 KW/ 2.0 KW, any type as per sample (cup, thread, traiangle base type). Make:- Bajaj/ Record/ Sphern/ Johnson as approved by GE.

Geyser 'O' ring gasket as per sample.

Supply & Fix in repairs PVC reinforced pipes 15mm dia, both end socketed, heavy duty of suitable thickness for hot water connection of sizes 450mm long.

Supply & Fix in repairs PVC reinforced pipes 15mm dia, both end socketed, heavy duty of suitable thickness for cold water connection of size 450mm long.

S&F in repairs single pole and neutral enclosure with 20 Amp MCB sheet metal with two pin and earth plug and socket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC insulated and sheathed flexible wire 3.0 core with copper conductor 4.0 Sqmm (7/ 0.036) round type for Geyser of approved make etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for De-scaling of solar water heater, borocilicate glass tube using water and Eco-friendly chemical and cleaning/ rectifying Hot water circulation blokage of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs solar water heater glass tube having 58mm outer dia and 1800mm length, suitable for 100/ 200/ 500/ 1000 LPD complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs air release valve, handle valve/ ball valve, NRV, vacuum valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs bib tap 15mm dia, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement submain wiring with two run of 4.0 sqmm single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper cable 1100 volts conductor drawn through in concealed heavy duty PVC conduit of required size with all accessories and one run of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of PVC cable with one run of PVC earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one length only.

S&F in repairs heating element 2.0 KW, any type as per sample suitable for solar backup for capacity 100 to 300 LPD complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Bajaj/ Record/ Sphern/ Johnson as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs heating element 3.0 KW, any type as per sample suitable for solar backup for capacity 300 to 500 LPD complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Bajaj/ Record/ Sphern/ Johnson as approved by GE.

M&L for framed work such as grills grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed guard ways, railing, staging of water tank (size of angle 75x50x6mm thick) and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25 Ltr storage water heater vertical mounting type, 2000 watts, 230 Volts, AC rated Voltages 50Hz frequency, 4in1 multifunctional valve, closed type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F round CPVC pipe of size 25mm (1inch) including all fitting (elbow, socket, tea bends etc.) with adhesive (paste for fixing) outer diameter 1.315 inch wall thickness, 0.179 inch, maximum water pressure 630 PSI complete all as specified & as directed.
