| 1.01 | (a) Project Delivery and Support:
(i) 3 Full time resident engineer skilled with adequate experience on 3D development & high detailing.
(ii) Design and developing of the Architecture and Structural model from the given 2D drawing files/relevant inputs of the site.
(iii) Detailed modeling of the rebar for both sub-structure and super- structures.
(iv) Defining the catalogue and creating databases for the MFP as per the standards followed by DGNP(V).
(v) Design and layout of MEP and developing 3D Models.
(vi) Terrain mapping of the developed 3D model and geo- tagging of the infrastructures based on the location provided.
(vii) Coupling of the building with the terrain for a better experience of the sites.
(viii) Graphical representation of bore hole log data and marking of bore holes locations from given soil investigation reports/relevant inputs of the Site.
(ix) Analyzing the CAD files during the model development and sharing inputs to concerned officer.
(x) Demonstration using ARVR.
(b) Software Support:
(i) Back to Back OEM support arrangements for all existing softwares.
(ii) License, hotfixes updates, as and when released for:
CIDEC - 02, ELG - 01, BCMEC - 01, IHD - 01, Draft sight - 01
(c) Hardware Support and Maintenance: AMC of hardware items are not comprehensive, however following aspects are covered under hardware support.
(i) Maintenance.
(ii) Trouble shooting issues
(iii) Replacement of non-intelligent devices such as Router, Keyboard Mouse, LAN Cables & HDMI Cables.
(iv) Upgradation of hard drive capacity and RAM based on data load.
(v) Repair/Maintenance of all related installed servers and hardware components etc to keep the systems running.
Note : Skilled Manpower Requirements:
Architecture: Candidate should be qualified in B Arch/BE (Civil) and able to read 2D drawing files and develop 3D model of it with attributes.
MEP: Candidate should be qualified in B Tech in Mechanical / BE (Civil)/ Electrical /Plumbing and able to read MEP draft layout and prepare 3D model of electrical, HVAC, Plumbing.
VR Experts Candidate should be able to process 3D model to VR and demonstrate to team.
Providing of Manpower. Manpower should be provided for 03 Years i.e First year 03 Nos, Second year 02 Nos and Third year 01 No of manpower should be provided to the BIMS cell.
