Removal of old HeliDeck Structure and Fabrication, Assembling, Erection of New Heli deck Structure is to be carried out on JUR ABAN-II as per following scope of work and as per attached drawings.

To remove complete existing old Heli deck with all associated supporting MS structures including Aluminium structure in 3 to 4 stages and ground smooth wherever structure released at Fr no.0 bulkhead. Weight = approx. 47Tons; Existing dimensions of Heli deck are as follows: Length=19 mtrs, Width=22 mtrs, Height=10 mtrs;

Suitable heavy duty crane (Folated/Normal) along with operator required for dismantling and removal of old heli deck is to be arranged by Contractor only. Contractor has to quote lumsum charges accordingly.

Necessary Scaffolding is to be erected for dismantling, removal of old heli deck structure and its associated fittings and renewal of helideck structure, for steel fabrication, application of painting. Necessary scaffolding is to be erected for complete scope of work and scaffolding removal after completion of work is covered in contractor's scope. Necessary scaffolding material is included in contractors scope.

New Heli deck with all associated supporting structure to be fabricated, erected, welded and offer for inspection by ABS/Rig staff/HSL. Erection shall be done in 2&3 units depending on site condition. Drawings attached No: CM-20-I-219-2001. The scope of work is as follows: New Heli Deck Structure Weight is approx. 120 Tons;

Fabrication and erection of I-Beam as per drawing No. 12-8-452 Rmt/ 47 Tons approx. is to be carried out. Approx Size: Web: 300mm X 10mm Thk & Face: 300mm X 16mm Thk, Lengh: 452Meters; Material AH36

Heli deck pipe structure is to be fabricated, erected and welded in sub assemblies.

Associated steel renewal and strengthning on Fr No:0 BHD and tank inlcuding helideck secondary structure consisting of ladders, platforms, railings etc., is to be carried out.(payment to be made at actuals)

Assembling of Aluminium PAN Cake Structure is to be carried out on Jetty. Erection of PAN Cake structure: The assembled pan cake structure including safety net frames and associated members to be erected on the top of fabricated MS heli deck structure by way of clamping.

Suitable heavy duty crane (Floating/Normal) required for erecting New Heli deck including sub assembly of pipes, I - beam, Pan cake etc., is to be arranged by Conractor.

Complete Heli deck structure along with beam members and pipe lines are to be blasted SA 2.5 Std and painted as per paint scheme( 1 coat primer + 2 coats paints). Total area = 1500 Sq. mtr; Paints HSL/Rig Supply.

Contractor has to quote for blasting and 1 coat of priming

Contractor has to quote per 2 coats.

Consumables: ABS approved welding electrodes, SS fasteners for Removal and Renewal of helideck structure are to be supplied by contractor only. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for these required Consumables for the entire SoW. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (14) against third party invoice for supplied material. Necessary gate passes duly endorsed by project manager and HSL Security are to be submitted along with third party invoices for payment.
