Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm (+ 2mm) thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab 15-16 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in slab/plateform /Shelves and thread for steps set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to give granite finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items i.e.. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc., of any description and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celling etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on block/brick masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick/block work or concrete surfaces/stone masonry and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old/new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
