SOURCE & TREATMENT WORKS

Construction of R.C.C. Intake chamber having (1.0 m*1.0m*1.5m) Size at tapping point of under existing water supply scheme for collection of water including supply of all materials, labour , T&P etc.

Construction of R.C.C.roughing filter cum screening chamber near by tapping point of under existing water supply scheme for collection of water including supply of all materials, labour , T&P etc.

Construction of a Cross Wall including supply of all material , labour , T&P etc Complete

Protection Works

Earth work in excavation by machanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in dept, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of speciafied grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-- All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement:4 Caorse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

RR stone masonary with 1:6 cement and sand mortal nearby sources and along the pipe line for proper completion of work.

RR stone masonary laid in dry for proper completion of work along the pipe line.

Belder for site clearance and other unforeseen items

SCHEDULE OF GRAVITY MAIN

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 30 M including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 M. from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc. all complete (Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches. It is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shigle, bajri and boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rocks. Soil mixed with boulders & bajri

Providing of all materials,carting from site store to site of wok,laying & Jointing of G.I. screwed pipes (Including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead,hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc Complete. Supply of all Material,labour,T&P and contruct R.C.C. with MS ladder inside the tank M.S. M.H. cover with locking arangement,supply and fixing of outler,inlet overflow washout pipes,flooring 0.6 m wide apron,painting on tank body,ladder, M.S. M.H. cover etc. Complete with approved water proofing,testing,filling water for testing purpose,incl supply of vertical pipes and specials. 3.00 KL Cap.
