Relaying only LT 1100 V 3.5/4 core 16-300 Sqmm cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( LT ), incl after taking proper shut down/connection using appropriate size lugs crimped by crimper/gland in panel ,clearing of shut down after connection of LT cable and charging the LT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for complete cleaning of the internal & external parts of LT panel; checking & testing of all the components of the panel for cable insulation, lugs, connections and the like; replacement of & including provision of minor parts like lugs, insulation tape, nuts bolts, connectors and the like as directed by Engineer-in-Charge; replacement and / or welding of existing damaged hinges of the panel; preparation of old painted surfaces (internal & external) of the panel, complete removal of existing paint using emry paper grade 220, by sanding and scrubbing, application of corrosion resistant primer by sprayers, applying hammer finish metal paint using sprayers in two coats and till shining surfaces are obtained; application of two coats of epoxy black paint on panel frames; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Approximate average size of panel=1.50x0.75x0.45m) (Note - Rates included for provision of sufficient technicians for getting electric shut down and to attend the shutdown on site till completion. Material & labour for out door type factory made feeder pillar box made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick with 4 busbars of capacity 400 Amp having locking arrangement, provn of suitable hole at bottom for incomming and out going UG cables complete incl painting with 2 coat of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exterior and interior faces and provn of suitable frame for fixing on wall with nut and bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & fix in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm with 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 100 Amps , length 250 mm , 01 Nos MCB SPN C series of capacity 06 Amps as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- The cost of FRP juction box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit.
Supply & fix in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm with 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 200 Amps , including internal wiring and 01 Nos MCCB capacity 100 Amps, 16 KA, 4 pole with adjustable type as outgoing as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- The cost of FRP juction box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit.
Material & labour for finding out LT fault in under ground LT cable with deploying trained electrician and helper seggregate/ isolate the feeder carry out maintenance work such as Excavation of 0.45 x 0.75 mtr upto 04 RM of length,If further excavation is reqd will be measured in respective item of excavation and Refilling,PCC cover and Sand will be reused ,conneted items Like lugs,insulation tape etc and then after charge the feeder with load in presence of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note:- Joint will be measured in respective item.Arrangement of tools and labour is the responsibility of contractor.Fault must be rectified within 04 hrs after receiving complaint. If contractor failed to attend/rectify complaint within stipulated perion of time a penalty of Rs 600/- per complaint can be charged
Boring holdes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitiable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Cutting, trimming and bending tree branches along HT over head lines, after arranging electrical shutdown , including taking all precautions while working on lines using own T&P by the contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note :- (i) Branches of trees shall be cut upto 3 metre from the outer conductor of OH line. (ii) Cutting/trimming of branches shall be done after obtaining necessary shut down in writing by the Engineer-in-Charge to avoid any casualty
Material & labour for wiring for circuit from FRP box to street light with 2 x 1.5 sqmm sizes FR PVC insulated copper conductor including 1.5 sqmm FR copper conductor PVC insulated as earth wire in suraces/recessed as required in Steel conduit of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of the conductor with one run of earth wire with one run of steel conduit will be measured as one unit
